Anyhoo, I was on the early morning tube the other day, approaching the peak of rush hour. And as anyone who has done rush hour knows, it can be a packed sardine experience with everyone self involved.
To my delight, there was a lovely conductor person with a bright West Indian accent over the tannoy, wishing everyone a great day, to take it easy and lauding other positive messages. That definitely made me smile, but when I looked around me, everyone was stony faced and barely looked up! Curiouser!
I think that it's really important to appreciate the small but good things which happen in our day, we can get sucked into our own stuff and such which but we can miss so much.
Actively be open to seek the small pleasures in life. The smile of a child, someone holding the door open for you, you being able to hold the door open for someone else. No matter how small, just be open. It all adds up!
All is well!!!
Happy small-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
