Ok, so I'm feeling to do something a little bit more advanced!
The basis of this happened when I was in my second Abe seminar in Phoenix- I had a long ass flight, with one stopover and being pushed from flight to flight as I had a discounted standby ticket from a friend who worked for an airline. So was definitely flowing lots of well being into my vortex!
Anyhoo, my iPhone died just the morning of the seminar and it had all my questions! I managed to get in the hot seat for the first time and was beyond fricking thrilled! One of the questions I asked was about my iPhone dying. They replied that it was part Universe showing me that I didn't need it, that we have access to this eternal stream of well being consciousness. And also, how did I feel about it dying and was it a match to how I feel regularly?
Which brings me onto the advanced skill. There are basically two ways to see how your vibrating and what's manifesting.
The first is post manifestationally, i.e. what has occurred around you. The other, more important way, is to tune into how you're feeling. This will give you a bead on what's coming.
That's how you match up what you're attracting! You can make that link by the emotional thread. When something goes wrong (or right!) is it something that you're familiar with? For example, are things always breaking around you/ are you prone to certain illnesses. What you can do to change this pattern is to simply do your best to shift your feelings and thoughts to more better things.
Example- this happened years ago but is a good example! I was meeting a friend but was in a rush and was fussing and fretting, I didn't want to go to the bar on my own, as would such and such be there, what if I was too early/late etc... And so on! So a bit of fear, worry and terror going on- how unusual for me! (Not! Haha)
Anyways, I get home and I see a mouse dash across the floor- I knew they obviously existed but had rarely/never crossed paths with them. I walked round for a minute (haha- my auto correct just wrote 'Minnie'- as in Minnie Mouse! gotta love LOA!), thinking 'well how did I attract that?!' Then instantly I made the connection- the fear etc I felt earlier was a perfect match to my later experience!
So, one game you can play is- when something unwanted happens. Ask yourself how do you feel and where have you felt it before. Odds are, you would be familiar with that feeling, e.g. Being rejected by a partner, and your general feeling of unworthiness in life.
Everything is a perfect vibrational match. Change your thoughts and feelings and see how it all changes around you!
So what can you do to change it all? One option is to immediately change your feelings and thoughts. Tell yourself well beingness 'I can handle this, I'm safe and protected, I am loved and worthy and powerful. I can handle anything that happens, those are past issues I've had and I don't need to be victim to them, instead I stand in this wonderful place of sureity and brilliance and I attract only good.' If you find it's quite a deep, past issue then teachers like Louise Hay are great at clearing out old patterns. There are a myriad of options.
And once you know how this Law Of Attraction works, now you can start having fun with it all!
