So we are already at the end of day 4 of 2015. I do hope you are having a good start to the year. As the days go by, it can be easy to forget or disregard any New Year's resolutions (take for example this blog- I saw the clock at 12.10am this morning and thought 'Poo! I didn't get my blog entry done for the 3rd!')
As with New Year's resolutions and just life in general, it can be very easy to 'fall off the wagon,' to forget those good intentions, to not be conscious about feeling good and so forth. Just be easy about it! And get back on as soon as you're ready. It can be tricky if you're feeling a bit rusty and it can be tempting to think 'I should've done more etc' but allow that not good feeling thought to pass you by and just focus on where you want to be.

Chillout and be easy on yourself. Although you may have been taught otherwise- you came here to experience a powerful life experience, to know your goodness, your power and brilliance!
