And that’s the killer, when you’re on a negative spiral, you have that bad feeling and you draw more of it to you and that exacerbates the feeling.
The key is to be conscious and break that cycle. Instead of reacting to something, choose how you want to feel- see, hear, be what you want to attract and become and break the emotional spin. And then when you’ve changed your point of attraction, circumstances will reflect that and then you’ll be on a positive spiral!
