So, I've had back issues since a teen, funky spine and all that shizzle. Anyhoo, it's pretty fine these days. However, it can flare up from time to time! With a relatively sedentary life of desk work and group work, there isn't much running and jumping around.
Having learned Pilates when I was younger (amazing for the back and 6 pack!)- it was created by Joseph Pilates who had a terrible physical condition and was then originally used to condition dancers. I've got a decent knowledge of how to stretch and work it, if my muscles get sticky.
It made me think of our mental muscles and how often we can dip in and out of this work to raise our vibration. Some use it when they are in need, others in desperation and others make it a daily practise.
I think more important than doing it regularly, is at least having your tools in place- your lists of positive aspects, visualisation techniques, meditations etc, so you have something to reach for when things go awry. Obviously daily 'stretches' are always advisable but this may not always be easy for you to do!
So, that's what we do in the groups, a myriad of techniques to help you shake and shuffle, stretch and seamlessly flow. Some will work for you, others probably not. But just keep trying and seeing how it goes!
Life is always working out for you!!!
Happy stretch-ing!!!
