Some great points:
- A healthy body, helps you feel good which in turn leads to good feelings, which can only be fabulous for your point of attraction. Everybody is different, so work out what foods make you feel fresh and alive and sharp. Louise Hay is huge on nutrition!
- Develop your PMA- what Napoleon Hill calls your 'Positive Mental Attitude'- this was one of the key (if not the key) component to success. A healthy state of mind yields tremendous results and if nothing else, you're enjoying yourself along the way!
- Start somewhere, anywhere- especially if you're a beginner. 5 mins of mediation, 10 things you're appreciative of, first thing in the morning really can set the tone for the day ahead.
- Vision board- get a large piece of card/board/paper and stick images of what you'd like to have in your life. It can be pics of happy people in wonderful relationships, cars, houses, words you like experience more or (e.g. love, relaxation, ease etc). File it away or keep it out on display- whatever feels good!
- Your 'luck' is changeable! Luck is just alignment. When things generally don't go your way, it's just an indicator maybe you could be focusing more positively. As you shift your mindset to be more positive, your luck will change, it must!
