I think, one of the most important things I've learnt from studying this material is that the way you feel is the be all and end all!
Not only is this because your emotions are your Sat Nav through life but also because to feel is to live, to be human, to be physically focused in this time-space reality.
One of the key principles I teach is for you to be aware of how you are feeling as much as possible To combine this with thinking more positively, is the best thing you could do for yourself.
Even if all of this was a pile of twaddle and your thoughts and feelings had no impact on how things manifested for you. Feeling less than good would just not do for me anymore.
If I'm faced with a situation, perhaps a goal that I want to achieve which feels too big or a dispute with someone etc I really try to get feeling better. Simply because it feels horrible to carry that dread, fear, worry and stress around in my mind and gut!
I really believe that working things into a better feeling place is the best first step towards anything. If just because you want an easier, struggle free life. From there you'll be blessed with the inspired action which will yield to you results unlike ever before!
