Being conscious about your breath is so vital to well being. That's what meditation is great for, slowing down the mind and the body and allowing your vibration to rise.
Without breath, you cease to exist! So do it now, take a few slow, deep breaths. It'll do wonders for your mental, physical and spiritual well being.
I know that when I'm (regularly) on whizz mode, my breath is short and my body is tense, I have to consciously catch myself and try to slow down. Usually with some relaxing music or audios.
Due to sugar content, allergies and what not, I only drink water nowadays and it is cleansing (if I'm going to 'suffer' it'll be for something like cake! Haha!). It flushed out any toxins from the body and is just plain good for ya!
It's really important to keep a balance on physical and mental well being. I remember Abe telling the audience that Jerry was outside his van, stretching and moving- for no reason other than it felt good! Imagine?! Lol.
So take care of who you are, you're very important!
