Thank you so much Liverpool for an amazing evening as always!!! I am SOOO appreciative of all of you. I love hearing your stories, wisdom and sharings. You are all so smart, wisdomous, brave, eloquent and leading edge! Like I've said and KNOW with even more certainty, what we have in the UK, as far as I'm concerned, is the best of the planet!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! I get so much out of these groups and seeing people want to learn and sharing the best of who they are!
Unless I see a person again at a later group, I never really know to what degree people have changed their life (or they haven't) once they've left my sphere. So it was the biggest and best surprise to see a fellow Heal Your Life teacher come along today! I hadn't seen her for two years since we did the course and I'm not on Facebook or anything, so had no idea what she'd been up to. But it was thrilling to see how far she's come! She's all setting up with her singing stuff, she's taught to large groups and all sorts! It is such a wonderful experience to see someone really apply this work and have them change their lives for the more confident. She now knows she deserves good and only expects that!
Believe! I was given the gift of a beautifully created book by one of my regulars (see pic). It is absolutely stunning! Easily world class!!! I believe it could easily go global!
Some key points from today:
- You always have that key guidance within yourself, letting you know how far in or out of alignment you are. Follow your gut!
- Daily practise (as always!) try to spend 5-15 mins first thing/last thing meditating, appreciating, affirming for good stuff. This increases your awareness and will lift your vibration no doubt!
- Insta-collage! A great phone app- you can use this to make vision boards for your phone! How cool is that?!
- Try being specific for what you want. Try being general. Play with it and see what works for you! It's a game!
The post it note I set today was:
- One thing you'd like to have in your life
- One belief/affirmation you wish to experience. You can only work within the framework of your beliefs. Does your belief feel good/serve you? If yes, perpetuate it. If not, then seek to change it when ready.
The worksheet was to raise awareness. Pick a load of areas in your life and write down on a scale of 1-10 (1=poo/depressed, 10=amazing) how you are feeling about it, then list what you can do to feel better about it- tools, techniques etc.
And also, appreciation of the past/this morning, present/at this very point in time and future/later this evening. You can do this technique in a general time frame or apply it to this day specifically.
As Louise Hay says- every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. So just be mindful of what you're doing as much as you can! And know, you're doing your best, all is so very well!
