(PS I'm spending some time over the next week having family fun with my cutest nephew, so I will be offline, but fret not!!! I will continue writing my daily blog and post date em type thing, when I get back online! Xxx)
Ok, so maybe 'challenge' isn't the most downstream word and would be better replaced with 'experience' and some such ease filled word. But for all intents and purposes for today we shall stick with that!
You came to this physical experience to expand, to love, to grow and so on. And from the knowing of what you don't want, you would be able to turn your attention to what you do want and start to allow that in.
So when things go 'wrong', it's ok! Because if everything went perfectly for you all the time, you would be bored and in fact, you wouldn't be human- you'd be in the non-physical!
I have just downloaded a pool (snooker esque) game and am playing against my workmates. How rubbish would it be if any of us would be able to beat everyone, all the time? Not only would you get bored in like five minutes, you wouldn't learn a thing! I'm pretty good at the game but not brilliant, so I watch how my opponents play and try to learn tips from them.
In the overall grand scheme of things, things are meant to go your way, you are meant to live a good life and you are meant to experience all you want. However, there will always be clarifying moments. Abraham have said something along the lines of, if they were us, they would try to be in the Vortex 80-90% of the time and the rest would be the experience of contrast.
You came to learn and push yourself to new levels of well being. It is with that laser focus that you can take your next steps into the world.
If you're new to this work, or if you've had a good time but something negative happens, just do your best at that moment and then move on. It is likely it is just a cleansing of vibration, especially if you've been in an unconscious/negative place previously. The Herxheimer effect in nutrition is when you've been eating poorly previously but then you have a detox/cleanse and the body goes into a health crisis- readjusting and clearing out the crap. But once you pass that difficult hump, you'll feel fab! Same with this work, just see it through, keep being conscious and I really implore you to carry on. It can be disheartening if things aren't happening in a major way as you would like but just give it time! And if nothing else, you'll be enjoying life a little bit more.
And what is life if not that?!
So bottom line, keep at it, know that your rough times are contributing immensely to your good times and trust!
Happy challenging!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
