A few points covered:
- Appreciate as much as you can. Even or especially the small things in your life. There is so much to feel gratitude for- the air we breathe, the ability to move and think, the power to perceive and feel. Water, weather and so on. The more you appreciate, the more you'll find to appreciate. And then the more the Universe can give you to appreciate!
- The power of letting go. When the chips are down and you've tried all you can, then let go and surrender. Trust that the Universe, God or whatever you refer to, has your back covered. Hand it over to the power that is greater than you to deal with. And you'll find that it can do a much better job at it than you!
- Keeping consistent and doing the work. Try to implement some regular process of well being in your life. A list of appreciation, visualisation, mirror work and so on. It's a constant raising of vibration.
- Make peace with where you are and find the downstream thought. You are where you are and where you are is alright. Things may be very contrasty at any moment, but instead of trying to force yourself to be happy, acknowledge where you are and do your best to feel a little better. Find the better feeling thought, bit by bit and you'll go downstream where everything you want is.
