Thanks to you Brighton for a wonderful, sunny ish, loving, brilliant workshop, filled with so much leading edge well being, fun, greatness and taking thought and life to the next level! I love this work so much and hope you all can take it to the next level!
- We started with some wonderful relaxation and well being breathing. It's so important to calm the mind, relax the body and make sure your physiology is tip top before commencing any work!
- We then did the Secret cheque game. Write two fun cheques- one with a larger round number amount. Another with a lower, more specific number and set a near deadline on it. Just for the fun of it and to see what happens!
- Pivoting and why do you want what you want. It's easy to get stuck into what's wrong around you and what you don't want to happen. But you can easily switch this to what you do want. It just needs to a bit of conscious attention!
- Write down, bullet point, draw how you would like your ideal life to be like. Pre pave it, see, feel and hear the good things around you when it has manifested!
- Write a note to your younger and future self. Filled with reassurance, hope, expectation, loving soothing and all the good things you would've wanted your child self to know and you hope your adult self will achieve.
