A few things we covered:
- The morning is a great time to start with powerful focus! If it's mediation, a list of positive aspects, an inspirational video- whatever helps lift your spirits to new levels and gives you a kick start to the day.
- Before bed is also a great time to wind down and be appreciative of the day you've had. All the good things which you are appreciative of. And also a great way to pre pave the next day and how you would like that to go!
- When doing an exercise for positivity see what it activates within you. If it feel good and exciting and appreciative then that's great, continue that! If when thinking of something, it activates a negative feeling then seek to improve it- that's the work. Truly it is!
