Here are a few points:
- There is no one right way- only your way that's best for you at that particular point in time. Everyone has their own life experience and way of being. It is not for anyone to tell you how to live, it's your job to work out what works for you at that moment. You'll change and so you'll hear the same things in a completely different way because of where you'll be. Live and let live!
- Be you, be authentic to how you're feeling. It's ok to be where you are, because there can be no other way you be. The goal is to be aware, acknowledge it and choose to feel better when you're ready.
- Just take it bit by bit. Step by step, nice and easy. You can't usually jump from depression to love and joy! But you can work incrementally to feel better bit by bit. It'll be a far easier journey for you!
- Relax into life! Things flow when you're easy going and in the zone. Breathe and let it all go, just flow and be in the best space you can be!
