OMG!!! What a freaking amazing evening we had London. Dear Lord it was phenomenal to be in room cram packed with such loving, leading edge co creators! Wow!
A few of the gagillion good points raised tonight:
- Lighten up! Laugh at the tragedy that is your life lol! Seriously though, we make far too much of all of this. At the end of the day none of it matters. Whether you've changed hundreds of lives or none, whether you've been miserable or happy- matters not, not in the grand scheme of things. Chill out, it's all going to be ok!
- Do some worksheets! I don't create them my health... Ok maybe I do haha. But give as many exercises as you can to lift your vibration, put them to one side, let it go and see what magic happens!
- Get a 'magic' pen. Grab a pen and write your dreams. Know that your pen is magical and that whatever you write down is going to come true. Such a fun game!
- Another process is to write what you really want to happen, what you wouldn't mind happening and what you don't want to happen. And choose where you want to put your focus.
All is well!!!
