Anyhoo, I'll say something negative and then one of them will turn round and say 'aren't you meant to think positive?!' Whilst they have a good point, I am only human lol!
It's ok to be upset, negative, depressed, angry or whatever you're going through. But be sure to try not to make that your dominant vibration and know that when you choose, you can break out of it when you wish!
That's what deliberate creation and being conscious is. Acknowledging where you are and moving to a better feeling place when you are able to.
Go dancing, watch a movie, chillout, work yourself into a neutral space and then you can go from there!
