From my personal perspective, it could be quite a lot as all I see is the customer's who have issues, but in the grand scheme of things it could be a minuscule amount in relation to all that has gone on.
And we can get quite narrow in how we see the world. If our experience has been particularly negative (or positive), we can generalise that outwards, but the 'reality' is that the vast majority of what is out there, is not how things have gone for us.
In other words, it's important to not generalise, especially if it's a negative view on the world or yourself. Yes, you may have made some work mistakes but that doesn't mean you're an 'idiot', or you have had a few 'failed' relationships, but that doesn't make you unloveable or unlucky in love.
What a lot of this positive mindset work does, is to get you to question your beliefs- especially those that do not serve you.
Don't take anything that feels bad for granted, question it and change it!
All is well!!!
Happy question-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
