I always try to be kind to customer service people as it goes with the whole positive mentality and well being (even though old habits can die hard, especially if the service sucks!).
Anyhoo, I needed to get a new SIM card for my old phone and it was going to be a faff online so popped in store (which I rarely do).
I was in a chatty mood and all of that good stuff, so was making nice conversation. Usually you have to buy £10 top up with a new pay as you go phone. The chap was really helpful and he didn't charge me extra as I had another contract with them etc. So I saved some money and got it all sorted out in no time!
It can be easier to get your stuff done and get other people to help you instead of bulldozing them down. It just makes for a nicer experience!
