The concert I saw her at the O2, was the first time her baby was watching her. She was so overjoyed! It was about 2/3rds of the way in and she was singing one of her songs and she bursts into tears as she saw her child in the audience. At the end she hysterically announced she had seen someone else's kid and it wasn't hers!
On a note aside from this humourous story, it goes to show that it doesn't matter about the external stimulus, it's all about our reaction to it. It wasn't her child in the crowd she was feeling emotion but how she felt to what she thought was her kid.
And that's important to note, we have so many emotional triggers out in the world, it doesn't really have anything to do what 'them out there', but how we feel inside about it.
That gives you all the control you need- the control to react how you want. You can train yourself to respond positively to anything, yes for some things it's easier than others, but that is the work!
All is well!!!
Happy cry-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
