NAME OF PROCESS: Focus Wheel Questions
WHAT: The focus wheel is a powerful process which gets you to shift your vibration by working through a series of questions which raises your vibration in relation to a desire. It is quite labour intensive and time consuming but it is one of the most powerful processes I’ve experienced and seen the results whilst working with other people. In this process, I’ve listed the main questions I would ask those I was coaching. Ideally the answers would be in the positive/yes, so try to get yourself to focus in that way. You may not be able to answer some of the questions with an exact yes, but you want to find the essence of it, e.g. you may not have made a million pounds but you have worked with large sums of money.
EXAMPLE: A billion pounds
Q/ Have other people achieved this?
Yes, other people have. There are more and more billionaires being created.
Q/ Have you ever experienced this in the past?
No, but I have dealt with large of sums of money across my lifespan, the amount of money I’ve earned since I got my first job, I also have my savings and the amount of money I have handled at work adds up to a huge sum.
Q/ How are you doing now?
I don’t have anywhere near a billion pounds but life is good, I am earning a decent amount of work, I have some savings, things are pretty good.
Q/ Do you see yourself having this at some point in the future?
It is possible, I have my entire life ahead of me and I am just getting started. I could create this, there are so many ways I could allow this into my experience.
Q/ Do you believe the Universe wants this for you?
Yes, I do! I have given birth to this in my Vortex, from living the life and being broke in the past, I know I have launched my rockets of desire for huge abundance for a long time. I know this is my desire and it can happen.
Q/ Does it matter if this doesn’t happen? Can you be happy anyway?
In the grand scheme of things, it doesn’t matter if this never happens. I can be happy in my life anyway, this isn’t the end all and be all of my life, it is just a point of focus to call the life through me. I love my life in any case and I choose to be happy no matter what.
Q/ Do you believe things are always working out for you?
Yes, I know things are always working out for me, no matter what. I love my life, I love my current abundance. I know I can allow in a billion pounds if I so desire it, the Universe supports me in all my desires, I am living a powerful life and am constantly increasing my income.
WHY: Doing the work on one subject can be really powerful. Not only do you feel great by the end of it, you are keeping it in a high vibration and the manifestational results can be tremendous, this process has the highest success rate of all the processes I’ve seen and done. Keep at it and do your best to feel good and answer positively. If you can feel that release and relief in your tummy, then you’re well on your way.
