Ultimately, that is your guidance kicking in. If it feels good, it typically is. Although it does depend on your starting point- punching someone in the face might bring temporary relief if they are annoying you but might not serve you in the long run!
Just give it all a go and see what sticks. But do keep conscious and never give up!
