It can be very easy to get into a rampage of mindless unappreciation where you just complain and go along with the crowd but it doesn't really serve you at all. You're giving more attention and focus on what you don't want, it doesn't feel good and you're drawing more and more to you.
It's one thing to sit down and do your appreciation lists, visualisations and all that but it's what you do for the rest of your time that really counts. Where is your focus most of the day? Are you griping and complaining? Are you trying to look for things to appreciation and paying attention to how you want to feel?
It's where your dominant vibration is that will dictate what comes into your life. And what you think and speak is vitally important to your life and what unfolds!
Be aware and be conscious and stand true to what feels good!
