Well my dears, the choice is yours! I would still continue to do the lists of positive aspects as the more you do, the more you'll feel to do. The more you can come up with and then it flows easier.
However, if you're finding that boring, then there are a billion of other positive mindset things you can do! Try visualising- using your mind to see what you would like to experience. A vision board- cut out pictures of things you'd like to have and stick em on a board. Do my fave post it note process, write a few things you'd like on a post it and then stick it in the mirror or fridge or something and let it permeate your consciousness.
Then there's focus wheels, scripting, pre paving, pivoting. There are infinite tools and techniques for you to try to shift your vibration. Give it all a go, somethings will resonate, others will not, some will hit a chord depending on your vibrational space or your level of advancedness. Whatever you do, just do it to feel better. You'd be surprised by what can happen!
