If the old phrase 'it ain't over til the fat lady sings', then what a knockout the 2017 Oscars proved to be! If somehow you didn't catch on the endless news and social media what happened then here it is...
The presenters had apparently been given the wrong envelope- instead of best picture they got best actress. Confused Warren got Faye to read out the winner and she probably assumed best film was to go to La La Land in any case.
The La La team came up and gave most of their speeches when the shows staff came on stage and announced to them that in fact Moonlight was the winner. A crazy kerfuffle ensued and the rest is history!
It just goes to show that you mustn't give up hope even until the last-ish minute! Moonlight was the underdog slowly creeping up behind and then literally at the last second it took it!
No matter what happens in your life, you should never accept defeat and even if this time isn't your time, just keep going. Keep doing your best to focus, align and trust your stuff will come to you. And even if it doesn't, make sure you're having a good life experience as that is what it's all about!
