RuPaul was being interviewed by Oprah about his views on life. He was saying that he loves to dance and loves to laugh. Both of them were waxing lyrical about how laughter and joy are the highest frequencies and are good for us!
RuPaul was saying that in the Witches Of Eastwick one of them had fallen down and the other witches told them to laugh and that would help them fly!
We take life far too seriously! We make such a big deal about it all and such which! We need to lighten up. Play more, giggle more, dance more, whatever brings joy to your soul.
It's beneficial for your mental and physical well being and it just feels wonderful! And that is our purpose of being here. To experience this life and to reach for joy. Hence our inbuilt intuition to what feels good and bad- that's our GPS for here.
