Quite a lot of media buzz has been dedicated to ‘mental health’ and rightly so. Things (as they always are) are at a peak, it’s never been easier or faster to connect with literally millions of people. Everyone’s stuck in the their devices and behind screens- leading to greater connection but conversely greater loneliness.
The younger generation are more than likely to be placing their self worth on how many online ‘friends’ and ‘likes’ they get to validate themselves.
So, it’s wildly important to go inwards and make that your relationship with you and you- emotionally and mentally, is up to snuff.
