Depending on your natural propensity, (or maybe it's just an 'inherent' thing), it can be really easy to focus on the one little negative thing and overlook all the positive!
When I've heard the actors on The Hollywood Reporter comment on reviews, a number have said how they do tend to focus on that one review or one person that didn't like their performance.
I find that can be definitely the case with me! I was at work one day and literally came into contact with hundreds of wonderful, happy customers. But it's the one slightly difficult customer which sticks out!
How silly!!! It can be the same with life, we have so much goodness and wellness flowing into our beingnesses on a daily basis, that we overlook so much. Try it now! Look and feel around you at all the wonderful things that are close by. The sun (or rain!), your heart beating, lungs breathing, Earth floating around in space perfectly! The water, clothes, food you have and so on...
There is always something good to focus on, just switch your view.
