There's always something to be scared of but likewise there's always something to enjoy, be happy for and to appreciate! If you seek the good in a situation then you'll see more of it. Similarly there could be one bad thing about a situation but if you focus on that then it'll get you more of that.

Focus on what you want from life and try to cut out the rest. Don't let your inner voice be drowned out by those who don't know.
