Whether it’s hangryness, that time of the month or whatever, you just have to let it ride out. We all have our own biological imbalances for whatever reason and that can affect our mood. You just have to be kind to yourself and your body and let things ride out.

You cannot be ecstatic all the time- such is an impossible feat! It’s taking the lows with the highs and being able to ride it out as best as you can, that’s all we ask. But know that joy is and will be possible- eventually!
