Some key points from today:
- A great filter for when watching the news is- 'Does this affect me, right here, right now?' It can be really scary when you see the news and all this craziness is going on in the world! But if it doesn't affect you in the immediate now, then you can release it from your consciousness. Breathe easy and enjoy the wonderfulness that is around you of which there is much to appreciate.
- Everything began with a thought! The tables, the chairs, the sky scrapers, everything started with someone having a thought about it! Then they made it manifest, that's really quite amazing when ya think about it.
- Seek out like minded people! It is good to not be in a bubble where you can meet people who you can discuss and maturely disagree with each other but it's really nice to be with other people who support the best in you and can offer that love and when you need it!
- Meditation is a wonderful process for allowing the mind and body to rest and recuperate. Breathing in pure silence or having some plinky plunky music on is so beneficial for the soul. And it helps lift your vibration to new levels of goodness!
