When diagnosed with acute illness, amongst other things- he took vitamin C, ate good food and laughed, laughed and laughed. He found that 10 mins of big belly laughter could lead up to 2 hours of pain free sleep. When it wore off, he'd put on the projector again and would sometimes lead to another pain free bout!
Illness aside, we should all aim to laugh more- it's so good for us, it feels good, releases all those wonderful bodily chemicals and helps us take life less seriously- something we could all do with!
Let's laugh at ourselves and life! We make far too much of all of this!
