Bottom line with this work is that if things are going well in your life, change nothing and perpetuate everything. If things aren't pleasing, then change it. If you always do what you've done before, you'll get the same old nonsense.
Show yourself you can react in a different way, just to show you can. It will give you a more varied repetoire of reactions and you never know, could net you a different outcome manifestaionally. Choose to engage in ways you haven't before. Try it on for size.
If it brings about more wanted stuff, then great. If not, then at least you've given it your best shot.
