But sometimes, as can happen, a customer will keep arguing and complaining or pushing for something else. Which means that they lose the benefit on offer. Accept your good and complain not at all. Take a hint when someone’s trying to do their best for you.
Be open and receptive to all the good that is in your way. And question not at all!
