I was enjoying the Hollywood roundtable and they had the drama actors. Sterling Brown who is relatively new to success was in the phenomenal OJ TV series and now This Is Us.
He was commenting on that when he was filming OJ vs The People, he was quite new to fame but was working with some of the industry greats- David 'Ross' Schwimmer, Sarah Paulson and Cuba Gooding Jr to name just a few! He was expecting them to make him get them coffee and do some menial tasks and such which.
Anyhoo, he found everyone to be really nice and kind. He commented that they were so 'egoless' because they were secure within themselves and were lovely. And that is so true!
When someone is secure, they don't need to be rude, cruel or snipey! You can't even begin to imagine how horrible someone is feeling inside if they are being mean to others! When your cup runneth over with abundance, confidence, love and all that good stuff, you not only want to be nice to people but you want to uplift them and for them to feel good!
How wonderful is that- you must take care of self first however. You have nothing to offer another if you're drained and empty. Be happy!
