- 68 seconds of pure thought to what you! Try speaking, thinking, visualising what you want as purely as you can. When you can hold your focus so purely, then you're attracting to you more and more of what you want! Easy, kinda!
- Death is not the end! I believe that we go on! This is just a blip in the infiniteness of who we really are. Let your heart grieve if someone's passed over, but know they are always with you.
- Trust in the unfolding of the journey. You don't know how it's all going to unfold. You just have to do what's in front of you, you don't need to know everything, just enough. And let life take over!
