It fascinates me how the brain works. There are so many facets and levels of consciousness that exist. It all goes in there somewhere! And you know more than you think you might.
There have been a few times where I've been on the phone to companies and as it can be difficult to hear letters clearly on the phone I automatically reel off the phonetic alphabet (A for Alpha, F for Foxtrot etc). And what struck me is that I've never consciously studied it nor do I really come across it on anywhere near a daily basis.
But somehow, someway I knew/know it. It's when I'm in the moment, on some kinda auto mode I just reel it off. Shocking myself! But when I tried to sit down and consciously regurgitate it, I can barely recall a few of the basics!
Rather interesting indeed! I think it's a mix of being in the moment, the focus of just having to call through the information and having unconsciously covered it a few times across my lifespan!!!
It is also being in the vibrational state of allowing the answers in. As I've recently been quoting Einstein, he said something along the lines of 'The mindset which created the problem, cannot access the solution.'
So if you're having a problem, then try to work in some downtime, some emotional distance, ride it out then allow things to flow.
All is well!!!
