One of my friend’s was having jaw problems. Upon seeing his dentist- he was told that he was clenching too much and grinding his teeth in his sleep due to stress and anxiety. Surprising, but not when you think about it.
Your body has to release all the stress hormones and such which one way or another. If it can’t do it whilst your conscious, then the only out is when you’re asleep and it can be dealt with in that way.
It serves you to not feel too anxious, stressed or to be able to deal with it in a productive manner. It has to find out a way out!
