He raised the good point that your rituals- those things you do regularly- are giving you the results you see in front of you! Which kinda makes good sense- the food you eat, the thoughts you think, the emotions you feel, all are contributing to what you are living and what you're receiving back- which is the essence of Law Of Attraction!
I'm a huge proponent of doing the daily processes. Now it doesn't have to be the big thing that you may associate with changing your life, it's the smallest good things you can do, which puts you on the path to huge positive change.
He loves his 'incantations' which are basically affirmations. Say them with as much energy behind them as possible! It feels a wee bit silly but can really help in changing your state.
Decide to do it now! Whatever it takes to put you on the path to wellbeing and goodness. A few mins of appreciation, meditation and other goods things will surely lift you to new levels!
