Apparently I saw an article that found out that you're more likely to face your fears when you're on your travels. This makes sense, you're on unfamiliar territory, you're already feeling expansion and hopefully excited about where you are and what's to come.

​It's always nice being in a fresh and new environment- the thrilling sense of what's possible, leaving your cares away. However, you can feel that about life where you are now. All it takes is a shift of perspective. The journey you take home, the office you walk into, your delicious meals- it could all be viewed from a wonderful place of beingness.

Change starts with you, right here, right now. Travels are fun but not necessary to face your fears.
