A few points from the evening:
- Consistency and practise! You don't have to be on this 24/7. You don't have to be perfect. But it stands to reason, that the more you do take the time to feel better about life and yourself in general, the better life will unfold for you! Try to incorporate as many good feeling tools and techniques as possible into your day. Even, just to check in with how you feel is a potent start.
- A vision board is a great tool for some. Cut out pictures of what you want in your life and stick them on a board. You can keep it plain sight to remind you of what you want to have. And you can start checking it off when they do start to happen!
- Find the vibrational basis of what it is that's going on and what's going 'wrong.' It's not usually about that person, place or thing you think it is. It usually is the underlying vibrational basis from that which it activates. So if you find you're constantly being rejected in some way, then look inwards- is it some unworthiness, you rejecting yourself on some level etc. When you clear that, the pattern will sort itself out!
- Accept your brilliance! You are perfection simply because you exist. The only reason it might be blocked is you! Trust and allow and breathe and activate that vibration of worthiness. You are magnificent! All is truly well and you are so beyond worthy!
