A few points from the evening:
- The power of gratitude! List all the things you're grateful for. Whether it's the 'smallest' thing such as water or electricity (though they really aren't small at all), to the cup of tea your co worker made, you to the roof over your head. Feel that deep sense of thankfulness for it all. For it makes your life that much easier and enjoyable!
- Self soothe- instead of pushing away the negativity, tell yourself that it's ok, you'll be ok and that it's alright to feel the way you do. The more you acknowledge it and make it all alright, the quicker you'll get to clearing it. What you resists persists.
- Trying to do something positive daily really makes a difference. We all go up and down with life and so it is really great when we try to do things which keep us on top of negativity when it tries to pull us in! Be it mediation, dancing, visualising, whatever it takes to feel better. Just keep at it!
