What I'm even more pleased about is that they have taken steps to change it, to seek to be more positive about it all. In other words to break the chain of pain.
As Louise Hay beautifully points out, how can your parents be expected to show love, when they never were? As she found out when she researched her family as to why she had such a horrific upbringing.
First of all, you have to learn to be kind to yourself. You are doing the best you can at all times and with all you know. Love yourself, support yourself. It is only when you have this compassion for yourself that you can even begin to think about truly being able to offer it to anyone else.
Break the chain of pain, you are not your mother, father, partner etc. You are you! The brilliance, magnificence, uniqueness that is you.
Your point of power is now. So choose to feel good and align yourself with that which is a vibrational match to your wellness. You're doing your best and that's all anyone can ask.
All is truly well!!!
Happy break-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
