A small but interesting example of this for me was something that happened the other week. Me and some dear ones were at a restaurant trying to decide what to get. I was semi in charge of ordering and I starting bickering with my bestie about what we should get- it was all in fun and not anything at all serious. But one of my other friends was obviously uncomfortable with it as she started trying to divert the conversation and placate us!
I thought that was really funny, because it wasn't anything serious but it could sound as though we were properly arguing!
So I was feeling totally fine about it, being in the middle of the discussion but for my friend who was onlooking, it was something she felt bad about.
You can only see from your point of view but be sure not to imprint your stand point on how anyone else is feeling, because for you it might seem tough but for those involved, they are probably a lot less negative feeling about it then you might think.
And at the end of the day, whether they are or isn't, your job is to focus on the strength and well being that flows through you. If you choose to focus on another, then see them as happy, in the flow, goodness and fantastic, now you are or benefit to them all!!!
All is well!!!
Happy onlook-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
