Introduction To The Law Of Attraction
Here are the basic principles of the Law Of Attraction as I see them. As with all things, check in with your gut and take that which resonates with you, anything else you can forget.
In essence, the Law Of Attraction states: what I think, feel, believe and what manifests around me is a perfect vibrational match.
Everything in your life is a result of something you’ve been thinking or feeling. It is all a perfect reflection of something that is going on within you. ‘Reap what you sow’, ‘what you send out you get back’, ‘do unto others…’ are all different ways of saying the same thing- that the frequency you are emitting is being brought back to you.
The 3 Steps Of Creation
There are 3 steps in the creation of anything you want:
Emotional Guidance System
Your feelings are also known as: gut feeling, intuition, inner voice and emotions. This is your guidance system, your GPS through life. Your main job is to tune into how you are feeling as often as you can and see how you can feel better. When you are feeling good, you are in alignment with who you are and in the mode of Step 3- allowing. When you’re in negative states you are in Step 1- asking.
There is a scale of emotions ranging from powerlessness at the bottom, to joy, love and appreciation at the top. Your goal is to figure out where you are on the scale and seek to move up to the next manageable level. This in turn will release resistance and allow what you’ve been asking for to come into your life.
In a nutshell- do your best to feel better as much as you can!
Trust Your Gut
In line with your emotional guidance system, you want to follow you gut instinct. Listen to virtually any successful person and you will hear them speak of how they trusted who they were and what they believed to be their truth. This really is the formula to success in anything.
The Value Of Feeling Good
Feeling better, feeling good should be your priority. Knowing what you know now, your affirmation can be ‘nothing is more important than that I feel good.’ If you can do your best to constantly reach for a better feeling, then watch life unfold in for you in miraculous ways. If you can make this the basis from which you act, then life will become so much more thrilling and enjoyable for you. Try it and see.
Focusing Vs Letting Go
These are both subsections of Allowing (step 3 of the process). Whilst superficially these both seem opposite ways of being. The basis is the feeling good! If you’re feeling joy and excitement in the planning, making lists and the minutiae of what you want, then carry on! But, if you are feeling doubt, fear or any negative emotion, then it would serve you better to step away from the subject for a while, get into a good feeling space and then let it resolve itself or readdress it from a more emotionally stable place.
These are what I believe to be the key tenets of Law Of Attraction. If the only message you were to take away is: ‘How do I feel? How can I feel better?’ then I believe you would have the key to life- no kidding.

- STEP 1: ASK- You do this by the living of life. This is happening at all times you are conscious, when you have a bad experience- you are asking for a good one. When you have a joyous experience- you are asking for more good. You do not have to deliberately ask for things- this step is occurring naturally all the time.
- STEP 2: ANSWER- The Universe answers. Everytime you ask, the Universe vibrationally creates what you are asking for. And this is waiting for you in your ‘Vortex’ or ‘Vibrational Escrow’
- STEP 3: ALLOW- This step is your work! You allow by getting into a better feeling space so your stuff can manifest. You do this either by focusing upon the subject so purely and joyously that it makes your being sing. Or by letting go and getting off the subject if you are feeling negatively about it. Surrendering, forgetting about it, letting go- all these techniques fall into the step of allowing. And when you have released resistance (that knot in your stomach, the negative feelings), then it will come into your experience, no exceptions.
