A few highlights from today:
- A daily routine when you end and/or start the day is so good! Listen to some positivity, read something good, meditate, yoga- whatever helps you setup yourself for good consciousness.
- Have little bracelet reminders! You can wear some sort of band on your wrist to remind you to check your emotions and how you're feeling. You can also ping yourself when you have a negative thought etc. Whatever keeps you conscious!
- Be easy about it! You've come so far and are doing so well. Be kind to yourself and congratulate you on how far you've come and how well you're doing.
- Your relationship with you is the most important ever, so make sure that it's up to par! Everyone and everything else is secondary, really it is!
