That's all you can do really, take each day as it comes. Some will be easier, others will be terrible but you just have to do your best. Small slow steps and before you know it, you've come so far and done so much.

It's the cumulative effect of life and time that is at work here. You can't connect the dots going forward, all you can do is reflect from time to time on how amazing you are!!!

You have to make your priority self care. Yes, it may feel selfish, it may go completely against the grain of what you've been raised as to be a 'good little child' but you know what- over exerting yourself for someone just ain't worth it.

Make sure you're fully taken care of first and foremost and then you can be of benefit to others. But just be mindful to let the important people in your life deal with their own crap- you cannot play saviour to everyone!

I just muse every so often and think to myself what if all of this Law Of Attraction was a load of tish tosh hooey?! What if life was completely random- there was no connection between what you think, feel and what you attract?!

Well, whilst I'd be disappointed, I'd still live by it. Because my life without this would be far worse! Growing up I was a prime candidate for anxiety, worry, depression and possibly suicide!

Even now I can get stuck in a negative cycle and focus on the small things which went 'wrong', but I know it all will pass and I can start to feel good.

The people I have in my life, the groups, my perfect flat, the experiences, holidays, emotional freedom- life is pretty perfect when I stand back and truly appreciate it.

So, I hope that you find that which works for you, whether it's 'real' or not!

For the uninitiated, life can feel random, a series of hopefully fortunate but quite possibly unfortunate events. However, when you know what we know- that what you're thinking, feeling and what's going on in your life are all a match, you can start to play connect the dots and see why stuff comes into yours and other's experience.

Do that with your own life- examine your beliefs and how you feel about certain people and circumstances and see what life brings you. If you're struggling ask for outside help- a supportive friend, a group or coach and they can help identify it.

Jennifer Aniston was talking about her experience on the mega hit show Friends and she recounted how they all were a team- no ego, no pushing to the front, all 6 of them worked together as one voice and negotiations over salary and everything were unified.

She said 'We went from Friends to a family. That experience set the bar for the rest of my career and it taught me to surround myself with supportive people who make me better.'

Human connection- it is one of most pivotal driving emotional forces in our lives. The need to connect- physically, mentally, emotionally with others. Yes, for many of us, it is fun to live in one's bubble of isolation where little ruffles our feathers but it's not quite why we came to this Earth.

We came to mix it up and so, seek out good people to surround yourself with. Some will resonate more than others, some come and go others are there for eternity, it doesn't matter, just enjoy it for what it is. When and if the times comes to part, then so be it.

But you can't put a price on good friends, those who are there with a kind word- if you don't have any, then get out there looking!

One of the few good things about this current glut of reality competitions is that it shows people what is possible for them. The need to focus to get the challenge completed, the single eye focus which they need to try to win.

This pushes all of them far beyond to what they thought was possible. And that's a great thing, we have these limitations of what we think we achieve and we don't do too much. But we are so much more than we think- anything is possible, you just have to align thought, feeling and action.

For an introvert, it can be much easier to chat behind a screen- and it is. You have time to think of a response, take their message into consideration and all that jazz. But at some point, you gotta go out there and live life.

Use the tech that we have- all the ways of communicating to its fullest potential, message your friends and soon to be friends, but then go out and meet people. It's far to easy to get stuck in a comfort cycle of behind a screen but nothing beats the potential for human contact.

I was talking to a youngster who had just move town and he was just wondering how to make friends. In this day and age it's really easy to stay behind a screen and not go out or make an effort to connect but you can't beat face to face connection.

Yes, you may get rejected, you might not make friends but you have to take that risk. It's worth it. It's way too easy to get stuck and not want to do anything. That's why this loneliness epidemic is so prominent at the moment- it can be isolating and when you're browsing everyone's social media on others living their apparently best life- then it just makes you feel worse.

Get out there and live!

How time flews- my London group is now 10 years old. My other groups across the country aren’t far behind and I still love running them as much as ever. I get just as much out of them as anyone else- the good feelings and manifestations that follow are so phenomenal.

It’s really satisfying being with other good people who are positively focused and just trying their best. I’m constantly inspired and reminded by the musings and thoughts and wisdom nuggets that come through.

I love seeing the change in people as they do their best to apply the work to their life. The physical and mental transformation I see in as little as a month is really quite mind blowing.
I just love sharing this! I’m learning and having successes and failures and livings and learnings. It’s all about co creation!

I love the feeling the day after a group. I always feel wonderfully fresh, light, chatty, confident and just mentally well beinged Also the same when I’ve had a good time out with friends or loved ones.

It’s a wonderful way to feel and an indicator that you are on the right path. You want to involve yourself in those good feeling things which take you outside of yourself. It can get really easy to lock yourself in to you and in your own head. To get out there, mix it up and let the energy flow, that is good!

Anything which calms the mind and body can only be a good thing. Our bodies and minds are subject to different stresses than our ancestor cave peoples! However, they are just as present, perhaps even more so as we are inundated with data, social media, images of others living their apparent best life!

It’s good to have tools which help you relax and tune into best, most peaceful part of you! It’s vital to living a good life, otherwise your body will let you know one way or another!

One of my friend’s was having jaw problems. Upon seeing his dentist- he was told that he was clenching too much and grinding his teeth in his sleep due to stress and anxiety. Surprising, but not when you think about it.

Your body has to release all the stress hormones and such which one way or another. If it can’t do it whilst your conscious, then the only out is when you’re asleep and it can be dealt with in that way.
It serves you to not feel too anxious, stressed or to be able to deal with it in a productive manner. It has to find out a way out!

There’s something amazingly powerful about the huge music acts across history. The Beatles, Abba, Cher etc- their tunes still resonate with today’s audience- as can be judged by the sales, movies and chartings of their songs.

​Wow!!! I didn’t think I’d see the day- but on the 15th November 2009 I had my very first Law Of Attraction group. I remember it vividly- arriving early, setting up in Belushi’s Covent Garden. Many things have changed since then- the format, the exercises and definitely the venue- I’ve been through a lot of venues as they have gone up in price, closed down, got too busy! But we’re still here, with many of the members who’ve been attending for many many years. That is really mind blowing.

One thing remains the same- the desire to take life and thought and well being to the next level. We all have our ups and downs but we are there for each other, in a powerful, non judgemental space. Doing our best to think and feel that much better.

We all know and/or have been that crazy person. Whatever that deep emotional trigger that sets us off, or maybe it’s a more chronic issue. Whatever it is that’s going on, just best to get out of the way. Trying to defend, explain or fight the person who’s crazy isn’t typically going to end well. They’re not going to hear what you say and it’ll just drag your energy down.

You have to make peace with the fact that there’ll always be something to learn, something to get wrong, something to excel at. It’s just the way life is setup! You’re constantly expanding and growing and will make mistakes and have successes- try not to pin too much on the end result, but more on the journey and experience on the way.

It’ll make for a far more thrilling in the moment experience and less stressful time!

When you're having a rough day or time, it's reassuring and comforting to know that it's only temporary, it will pass and the sun will shine and the good that'll come out of it. I know when I've hit a bumpy time or had a crappy day, the next times that will follow- something good will flow.

Life keeps a balance on itself, your job is to do your best to be positive. The trap that people fall into is that they see the negativity and then they focus on it and that becomes their vibration and so they don't attract any more than that! Just keep doing your best to focus on the good.

People can say mean things but you have to realise that that's just their meanness coming through. And it's only got to do with their pain and negative feelings, you're just getting caught up in their crossfire hurricane!

Try not to take it too personal, but it's worth trying to identify perhaps what it was that attracted it to you in the first place. Were you feeling vulnerable about something, were you paying too much attention to what is or was it something else?

Loneliness is a real thing, especially in this day and age where it's easy to feel really isolated. Technology can connect us in seconds to someone across the world but can also exacerbate the feeling of not being good enough.

Especially with all the social media of images being shoved down your throat of someone else 'living their best life.'

There is something magical about being with other people face to face. You might be nervous or scared to initiate a friendship but just give it a go- it's worth it!

After seeing Glee on Netflix, I am just blown away by how amazing the show is. The vocals, quality of musical production, acting and attention to detail is phenomenal- no wonder it was such a huge smash hit back in the day!

There is much to appreciate and you gotta consider how much work goes into each episode. The musical numbers, the choreography, melodies and timings of it all.

There is much to see and appreciate about anything, in some it's easier than others to see but always present.

I had my first private DJ gig the other day- it was pre paved with nervousness, excitement and a powerful wad of emotions. It went well and the feedback was lovely! I got home feeling buzzed and played a £5 free offer.

99% of the time, this would've lost due to the large (40x) wagering requirements! But it hit some big wins and I ended up winning £425! How cool is that?! The timing of it was very interesting- coincidence or vibration I'm not sure! But it's interesting and all good.
