An overnight success was 30 years in the making!!! McDonalds takeover!!! Xxx

31/10/2017

I was watching the old ish movie - 'The Founder' which showed the story of McDonalds- how the two brothers set up the business and then Ray Kroc stepped in and apparently sorta screwed them over and took their product across the USA and became obviously one of the largest corps of all time!

Part of the movie shows Mr Kroc listening to self help tapes which keep talking about the value of persistence. That magical quality which means you keep going no matter what- keeping the faith.

Fast forward to the end and he's uber successful and mega rich. And Michael Keaton mutters under his breath before going to do a talk, '30 years to become an overnight success.'

And that's what it's really all about- keeping on going no matter what. It's easy to look at celebs and think they just happened on their success but it usually took many years, many rejections and many failures before they 'made it.'

So just keep following your passion and what calls you forward. Whether you get that outside recognition is irrelevant, the fact of you enjoying life and being inspired is enough!

All is well!!!

Happy persistent-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It's the half half mix mix of vibration and action for a good life!!! Xxx

30/10/2017

It's easy to come into this Law Of Attraction school of thought and think you can just sit there and visualise and it will all come to you. And yes, if your belief is such then it maybe possible but you can here to mix it up in the physical sense too.

On the other hand, there are those in the world who do no vibrational work and who take action and this isn't very effective either because there's only so much action can achieve. The more they try the more frustrating it gets as it doesn't work.

You want to combine the two. To line up your vibration by getting your thoughts and feelings into a good space. And then taking the inspired action- that which calls you forth. This is the best of both worlds. Things unfold easier and with greater efficacy than trying to force something to happen.

You chose this Earthly existence to make the most of your physicality but you also wanted to reconnect to who you really are- a vibrational being made manifest.

Delight and revel in this magnificent world we live in. You came forth to experience and play, try not to take things too seriously!

All is well!!!

Happy action-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It's good to not know your future... It helps you enjoy the now!!! Xxx

29/10/2017

I was watching a group of TV actresses discussing their schedules,  work-life balance (of which there is little!) and scripts.

It was interesting as most weren't given much information about the arcs of their characters for future episodes and storylines but a couple were. They debated about whether that was a good thing as it's data that they wouldn't have access to in real life. Most agreed it was better to not know the character's future as it would interfere with their present.

And life is sort of like that too... Whilst a lot of us think we would like to know how things go and what will happen in our future, if we were really to know- how might that affect how much we enjoy the now? Similarly, how many of us can get stuck with what happened in the past- that's draining enough! Add that to knowing what's to come would drive some of us insane!

And I don't believe anyone can really really predict the future. Yes, I think there are some more in tune and can more accurately predict some things (even Abraham got it wrong back in the day with regard to some Earth changes!) but there's also the big issue of free will. You have the choice at any point in time to change your mind. Most of us repeat the same patterns of thought and feeling so we can be predictable but if you wanted to, you could change it all in an instant. However, sometimes it takes a powerful event such as a mental breakdown, a near death experience, the loss of a loved one etc to force us to focus differently.

But we are in control at all times because we can put our attention where we want. Invest now in some good thoughts and feelings for some good future stuff!

All is well!!!

Happy future-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It's the heartache and contrast which gives rise to such wonderful songs!!! Xxx

28/10/2017

Whilst not good for their mental health, heartbreak and such which does seem to inspire some amazing music- Adele, Taylor Swift and countless others have all sold millions of records because their work has been so energised and profoundly moving to the masses.

I remember when J Lo was in love with Ben Affleck- that album was really dry in my opinion haha!

Whilst not wildly recommended all the time, there can be great value and oomph added to someone's life when the encounter contrast such as loss or failure. It gives such depth, soul searching and meaning to a person's work when something doesn't quite go to plan in life.

But instead of wallowing too long, it's important to take the bounce that the discomfort has given you and look for the positive drive that it has inspired. I know that the constrasty times for me have not felt pleasant but it really gave me greater levels of self understanding which in turn allows me to help others. Just ride it out! This too shall pass dear ones!

All is well!!!

Happy song-ing!!!

Sometimes you just have to forget about it and zip it to zip it up!!! Xxx

27/10/2017

The other morning when I was getting ready, the zipper on my hoodie wasn't working, I'm usually  quite good with mechanics and tech things and I couldn't see anything wrong with it but for a few minutes of constant struggling I just couldn't zip it up!

Anyways, I had to get ready for work so I got my other bits done and whizzed out the flat. I was on my way to work when I remembered my earlier zip troubles. But I looked down and I had already zipped it up! I must've done it automatically in my rush to get ready, which I thought was so funny- I hadn't even done it consciously nor remembered doing it!

At some point when we've tried all we can try, it's good to just allow some distance from an issue and let it sort itself out. When we move from focusing on the problem so much, we are able to allow in a solution which may not even be something we have to conjure up in a conscious manner.

Source and our inner being know the answer before we even do, for it has already lined it up vibrationally. Our job is to somehow get into the mode of allowing. It might mean distracting ourselves, it could be going out dancing, having a great conversation with a friend. Just give the situation some time to breathe and let the answer come with ease and flow.

All is well!!!

Happy zip-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

If I ever have to just stand there and deliver lines, I would never complain again!!! Natasha and the great comet!!! Xxx

26/10/2017

I was watching an interview with Denee Benton as she was starring in the musical Natasha, Pierre And The Great Comet of 1812. It was a sing through musical adaptation of Leo Tolstoy's War And Peace, as Pierre searches for the meaning of life.

Anyhoo, they were talking about how wildly complicated the logistics were of the show, the staging and the performance. Denee was saying that some of her cast mates run the equivalent of 60 flights of stairs in the show, singing, acting and playing instruments- how do they do it?! She stated that if she was ever asked to just stand and deliver lines it would be an amazingly easy thing to do! Sally Field then commented how she wouldn't complain about having to push her castmate up in her wheelchair.

Life is all relative, what's easy to one person is a complete challenge to another. And vice versa. That's why it's no good to compare yourself to anyone else- everyone has completely different life experiences.

As Abe says, your only measurement in life should be where you are in comparison to where you want to be. Trying to factor another person in or out into your experience is just not productive to your well being, especially if you're comparing yourself unfavourably. Now that really is going about life in a hard way!

Find things about you and your life that you love and try not to complain at all. Relax into your well being and know that all you have now is just a blip of the eternalness that is you!

All is well!!!

Happy comet-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Thank you Liverpool for a fun, amazing, historic evening!!! So much fun!!! Love y'all!!! Xxx

25/10/2017

Thank you for such a fun, brilliant evening Liverpool! I laughed so much! I had two historic firsts- we clapped after each and everyone spoke which just tickled me pink! And I had my first grand parent/child combo! Love it!

A few highlights:

- If you don't ask, you don't get! If you're the type of person who is always giving but doesn't like receiving, then flip it! Try asking other people for help. It's keeping a balance of giving and receiving but also other people love to give and share and so they'd be more than happy to help you!

- It's all about you and you! Take some time to ask yourself what would make you happy. What you can do to enjoy more. Life can take over too much, so do more of that which feels good- hobbies, sports, socials. Bring yourself out and enjoy life!

- Keep up the momentum! The easiest time to feel good is when you're feeling good, or in that vicinity! Milk it when you're in a positive space, don't go forcing yourself to be happy when you're depressed- the leap is too big!

- It's not about the staying up but the closing of that gap. Life inherently has its ups and downs (it would be boring otherwise!). The goal isn't to stay up high all the time, the fun comes in the closing of the gap- that's what it's about! Have fun!

All is well!!!

Happy momentum-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Wow!!! What a phenomenal, powerful, loving, supportive leading edge group!!! Thanks Manchester for a beautiful, heart warming evening!!! Xxx

24/10/2017

Thanks Manchester for a really powerful, amazing evening. The love, advice, support and good vibes all round was amazing! I loved it soooo much!

A few points from the evening:

- Don't fight against the sea, allow the ball to come to you! If you have a ball floating in the sea, the harder you try to grab it, the more it floats away from you. Instead reach out with ease and flow and you're more likely to get it!

- It's all about the power of the mind. The mind is the most powerful thing, it can be your greatest ally or your biggest enemy! Train it to see the positive. It takes work and practise but tip the scales in your favour.

- Let go of the need for revenge! Let the universal laws take care of the other people. And they will get what they're a vibrational match to. You focus on your 'karma' and make sure you're sending out good vibes!

- Work slowly against lifelong momentum! We're trying to undo a lifetime's worth of negative patterns, so be easy on yourself! It takes time and effort to undo all those ingrained patterns. Step by step but in the right direction is what's best!

All is well!!!

Happy momentum-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

You can only really appreciate the deliciousness of the cronuts after having not so great donuts!!! Xxx

23/10/2017

I do rather like Dominique Ansel's cronuts (a New York famous cross creation between the donut and croissant) but they didn't strike me as amazing amaze.

However, the other day I was in a different city and thought I'd check out the locally high rated treats. So I sought out the well reviewed donut place- it got really consistent high ratings on TripAdvisor and such which...

The queue was fairly long and the display case looked decent, so I figured it must be good and bought a couple. I had a few bites and it really wasn't that good, I had to chuck them away and I do not like to waste cakey treats!

Each to their own I guess! But it really did make me appreciate the high quality of the cronut- so when I had them next time, I mega loved it!

Such is contrast- it helps to put things into perspective. How can you really appreciate your stuff if you don't know any better. Get out there, mix it up and live life. Maybe you'll find something different that you adore, maybe you'll realise like Dorothy, you had all you needed all along! Make the most of life!

All is well!!!

Happy cronut-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Life changing work from Helen Hunt's sex surrogate 'Sessions!!!' Xxx

22/10/2017

I was watching an old interview with Helen Hunt and she was talking about her role in The Sessions movie. She plays the role of a sex surrogate- someone who helps those who have had trouble with their sexual beingness, break past these issues.

They can be confused with prostitutes but the major difference is that a sex surrogate does not want your repeat business, but the other one does!

Anyhoo, Helen was saying that when she met the real person upon whom her character was based, she was so impressed by her kind and attentive nature. She would be interested in the small things and big things about a person and do her best to make them feel acknowledged.

It can be easy to judge someone of that ilk, but in her own she was helping people deal with what could be a life long issue (apparently one of the people she assisted was 70 years old).

Everyone has their own stuff and way of dealing with it. Everyone is just doing their best to deal with their issues in whatever way they can. Be easy on yourself and in turn you'll more likely to be easy on others.

All is well!!!

Happy session-ing!!!

Forgive yourself!!! Lest it mess up your Inception dreams... Xxx

21/10/2017

I saw Inception at the IMAX the other day and I loved it as much as ever- so intricate and absolutely amazing! And Hans Zimmer's phenomenal score coming out through those huge speakers was bliss.

Anyhoo, a huge part of the main character's torture was the horrible ending his wife had. He obviously had a huge part to play in her death but it continued to have this haunt and torment him, which in turn impacted pretty much all he did in the dream states and wreaked havoc throughout.

Ellen Page's character got insight into what was going on in his mind as it would impact their mission and she exclaimed to him 'you just have to forgive yourself!'

And that rings true for so many of us. We have to forgive ourselves for what we perceive to have gone 'wrong' in our past. We also have to forgive others for what we may hold them accountable for. We just have to trust that everyone is and was doing the best they could with the knowledge that they had at that point in time. Because it cannot be any other way. Regret is the biggest waste of emotion as there's nothing we can do about it! Love yourself and everyone else and let it all go!

All is well!!!

Happy forgive-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Post group alignment and inspired action equals free cake!!! Life doesn't get much better!!! Xxx

20/10/2017

Unsurprisingly and as I've always said, the good that flows into my life after the groups is so wonderful- I just love it!

I had finished my Manchester group the other day and as always was buzzing. I love to pick up some chips and lemon cake from Leon's cafe as my treat for the 3-4 hour journey back to home in Croydon, London.

Anyhoo, I was obviously vibing high and in a good chatty mood. So I say some nice things about the lemon cake (which is gluten free!) and what not. The lady at the counter says she'll give me an extra lemon cake at no charge. Thank you very much lady and Universe!

I know Pret have a policy of free food and drink to customers they like but I'm not sure if Leon do, and if they don't have it as policy, then that makes the rendezvous even more special!

But that's how it should go- you get in a good space, you'll act in an inspired positive way and then you'll cross paths with people, places and circumstances which match the good vibe you are emitting- Law Of Attraction 101 for ya!

All is well!!!

Happy Leon-ing!!!

Guru Ru speaks... There is a hurt little 11 year old inside the meanies!!! Xxx

19/10/2017

I was watching the reality TV roundtables featuring: Leah Remini (the anti-Scientologist), Ru Paul, the head of the Kardashian clan and a few others. They were discussing how mean the onlinerati can be and how hurtful it feels to have insults thrown at them.

Guru Ru Paul explained to them that you have to see beyond the meanness and realise that everyone wants to be heard and validated. And inside those who write those awful comments is a little 11 year old child wanting to be listened to and that's the only way they know how to get attention.

And that is so true, no one would be mean to someone else without reason. I know that when I've been hurtful to another person (rare, but it do happen!), it's only because I'm feeling terrible and that it's my venting of that.

That's what unconditional love is, that's what seeing through the eyes of Source is. Being able to look beyond immediate horrible appearances and know that everyone is doing the best they can.

To not take the negative comments from another person so personally because that is more about them than it is about you.

All is well!!!

Happy Ru-ing!!!

You may have tons of rejection but it just takes one 'Yes' to get the ball rolling... Xxx

18/10/2017

Famous Jeffrey Tambor quoted someone who said that an actor's career as being 'No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, yes, no, no, no, no etc.'

In other words, it's just constant rejection over and over again, then you have a bit of success, then maybe more rejection, then a yes and so on and so forth.

Showbiz especially is filled with constant rejection, some for seemingly silly reasons but all it takes is for them to get on the road to 'yes', then it can spring from there.

Almost all of the greats went through years of rejection to be finally recognised as they should be. But it's their passion that drives them- the feeling of they love it so much and couldn't imagine themselves doing anything else if they could help it.

Life is full of rejections and failures, but they are all along the path to success. You need to get out there, mix it up and learn from what goes 'wrong.' Every invention has to go through infinite iterations before becoming a solid product. It just took the perseverance of the creator to finally see it through.

Just keep believing in you and learning and loving!

All is well!!!

Happy reject-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

A wonderful, huge thank you to everyone who came along tonight. Sharing in leading edge beingness and thought is incredibly powerful and takes us all to new levels! Thank you so much for all your brilliance!

A few points from tonight:

- Non attachment is powerful! When are working from a place of positive expectation and ease, then things are far more likely to come to us with ease and flow. It's when we get too attached and lack or fear becomes our dominant vibration that things can go awry!

- When someone is being mean and horrible, all they are doing is trying to drag you down to their level. If you can send them love and forgiveness and relax about the situation then they're more likely to give you a better version of them, than the one you are currently extracting.

- Parents- who'd have em?! Lol. Families can be one of the most challenging topics there is. There are a multitude of ways to deal with them! First you need to take care of you first and foremost, you're of no benefit to anyone if you're drained and feeling poop! See the situation as you want it to be, because it feels better to not to change anyone. Activate the positive aspects of them, feel good about yourself. Reach for relief. Whatever you can do, to be easy about it all. Keep a good mindset and something has to change!

- Trust and flow! Know the Universe has your back and that it's all going to be ok no matter what. Keep knowing that the work you're doing on yourself is what's most important. And that all is going to be fine!

All is well!!!

Happy parent-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

If you're stuck with a problem, try the 'wash the dishes or have a shower technique!!!' Xxx

16/10/2017

I was listening to a group of show runners talk about the ups and downs of being in charge of their respective TV shows. They were discussing how they solve problems. One of them said she invoked the 'wash the dishes' technique another guy said he gets his answers in the shower!

They were smart enough to realise that spending some time out and away from the issues provides them some clarity and enables them to allow the solution in.

As Einstein was reported to have said- you can't find the solution with the same mindset of the problem. And as Abe say- you can't be in the mode of Step 3 (allowing) and Step 1 (asking).

In other words, you have to somehow distract yourself from the things that are going wrong to allow what you want to happen, to happen. Because you've asked and it's just the ability to let the Universe bring to you that which is rightfully yours.

So do what it takes to get you out of the vibration of the problem and into the vibration of fun fun fun! You'll be surprised by how easily your goodies can come!

All is well!!!

Happy dish-ing!!!

It's the mistakes, disasters which add to the fun, funniness and colour of your life... And it makes a great story!!! Xxx

One of the things which I love about TV series are the outtakes, the blooper reels, where the actor makes the mistake and everyone ends up giggling. The brief stint I did of amdram- it was the forgetting and jumbling of lines which I loved as I got the giggles.

Watching stars being interviewed, what makes for captivating stories are the things which went desperately wrong for them at the beginning of their career!

As a number of comedians have stated- there's nothing funny about a confident person doing well. It's the element of humanness which makes for wildly entertaining entertainment!

You would not be the expanded being you are without those mistakes you made in your life. We wouldn't have possibly any of the magnificent inventions in our lives now without the countless failed attempts which helped shape it!

Just keep going and dust it all off!

All is well!!!

Happy blooper-ing!!!

Who are we to judge the powerful distractions of those facing the death??? Big Brother could be it!!! Xxx

14/10/2017

Julie Chen was talking about the time she was doing the news and also presenting Big Brother. She was covering a war story and was spending time with the army people.

They did a drill or something where they had to put gas masks on and face life threatening things. Afterwards, Julie was trying to think what she was going to talk about, some sort of heavy war stuff or the like. But the soldiers made a beeline for her to talk about Big Brother!

So who's to judge what helps people feel better about their lives? What their choice of escapism was? Everything has value so we must allow everything to exist and not judge or push up against. Instead, put your attention on what you want to focus upon and create in life.

To each their own- allow others to create in their life what they want and if you like it then great, if you don't then divert your attention elsewhere.

At a buffet, you don't usually pooh pooh every single dish that you don't like, instead you make a beeline for the deliciousness of the dishes you do like!

All is well!!!

Happy brother-ing!!!

To listen to the criticism or not??? It's the place from which you live that matters!!! Xxx

13/10/2017

I was watching a roundtable of interviewers from screenwriters of which the famed Aaron Sorkin was one of them.

They were discussing the critics, being reviewed and whether they listen to them or not. A few of them didn't look up anything online and didn't want to know what the critics had to say, but the other few would get their hands on what they could to see if they could improve the show.

What struck me was the diametrically opposed way of being with the feedback about their shows. They were all very successful in their endeavours, so it's really the case of the basis of why they did what they did than anything else.

Those who didn't seek out any feedback were keeping themselves in a high vibration and not letting any negativity drag them down. And the others were using the feedback to see what they could do to enhance the show.

The same goes with life and success. There is no one right way to live or be or do something. It's the vibrational basis from which you work. Two people could be doing the exact opposite thing, yet both achieve wonderful success.

It's how you hold what you do and the way you go about it. So seek to life your life from a strong place of knowing what works for you and forget the rest!

All is well!!!

Happy critic-ing!!!

You can be like Wayne and collect the 2 cent cans... Or you can complain and have nothing!!! Xxx

12/10/2017

I was watching the 'Heal Your Life' movie interview with the late, magnificent Wayne Dyer. He spoke about his childhood, growing up in an orphanage and how he made the best of it.

One of the comments he made which made me laugh was that he realised you could get 2 cents for recycling a soda can. He loved this notion and would do as much as he could to get it! He would even keep following people who were drinking from a soda and bugged them 'Are you done yet?'

So he was doing his best to create a good life for himself, so he didn't realise why those around him, in exactly the same situation had no money and yet continued to complain.

It goes to show that there are always ways to make things in life work for you. You can either do the small things which lead to you live a better life or you can block yourself off and do nothing and complain.

Look for ways to make it work in your life, seek things which you can do to improve your lot. Nothing is completely hopeless, it's just what you want to focus on.

All is well!!!

Happy can-ing!!!

For me, this is a way of life... Not just a quick fix, even if I do want to offer it others!!! Xxx

I've got a new friend who is so wonderful and great and I really want to offer this positive thinking Law Of Attraction work to them, as a means to help them really boost their career and experience general well being.

They don't seem particularly receptive to it, so I don't think it will go anywhere (which is fair enough as this isn't everyone's cup of tea). But it did get me thinking that to really have it 'stick' is for it become part and parcel of everyday in some way. Because you're always thinking and feeling at every point in time. So to see lasting consistent change, it really is a life's work of being conscious.

We have our ups and downs and dip in and out of stuff, but for me, I couldn't imagine another way of being. It helps me enjoy, make the most of and focus when times are good and when life is more contrasty I've got the tools to help me clear it. It's not always easy or painless or quick but at least it's an anchor for when the seas of life get choppy!

How you think and feel should mean everything to you. It's life itself! So take a breath and relax and let it go. You are doing your best and it's all going to be ok. Just enjoy!

All is well!!!

Happy life-ing!!!

Happy 8th Anniversary London!!! As always, thank you to everyone for a most brilliant, loving, supporting, leading edge evening!!! Xxx

10/10/2017

A huge thank you London for tonight and the past 8 years!!! I love y'all so much!!! What an amazing journey it's been and continues to be because of all of you- open and willing to show up and be the best that you can be!

I love it all so much! Here's to another 8 years! Some of the few points from tonight:

- Put your hand out for the bus! When your bus is coming, it helps if you signal that you would like it to stop for you. Similarly, when you want something, get the energy aligned and then take the inspired action to get to it. You've put in the vibration work, now get out there and mix it up!

- When you go to the cinema, they show you trailers for similar movies which they think you may like. The Universe works a bit like this. Your vibration is sending out a message of what you are attracting and so, you are bringing to you many things which match it. Don't like the movie, trailers or circumstances- then change it!

- The vibrational difference between a desperate need and a casual want is tremendous! When you desperately need something, your vibration is more focused on lack and what's missing. There is a lot less resistance when you have a casual want. Do your best to let go of the struggle, the resistance which is blocking what you really desire.

- Do the processes for the pure pleasure of doing the processes! You don't do the visualisations, lists of positive aspects and other techniques to get the stuff. You do it because it feels good and then because you're feeling good, it comes to you!

All is well!!!

Happy anniversary-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Happy Anniversary London!!! We are 8 years old!!! Woo!!! Xxx

9/10/2017

Wow! How time flies... Our London group is 8 years old (Manchester is 5 years old and Birmingham, Liverpool and Brighton are 4 years old!!!). That's quite an achievement- especially as when I started I wasn't sure how long I'd keep on going! But we are still here, taking life to the next level!

As always a huge thanks to everyone for being here. Whether you've been with me for years (in which case I owe you a huge, huge thanks!), have come along only once or have never been but are with me online, in any case, thank, thank, thank you! It is only via this wonderful co creation that we continue to expand.

Here are some of my personal reflections from these past years:

- It's all about the people! For me, it has been rather contrasty year and it was having the groups and wonderful friends I could talk to, to help raise my consciousness. The wonderful thing about the groups is the ability for you to come along and be who you are- whether that is us revelling in your success or just there to shine some unconditional love and support on you, especially if you're going through a rough patch!

- Everyone's human and has their stuff. We are all doing the best we can and no one is issue free- we've all got our insecurities and hang ups and that's ok!

- I love knowing what I know and being able to work to feel better. How people get through life when they've got nothing to mentally lean on is beyond me. I love knowing that feeling better is my work, to try and see the best in a situation and other people is what will ultimately get me to a higher state.

- Be happy now! This is always good to know but I'm really trying to apply it. Somethings which have unfolded have been phenomenal for me- quite literally a lifetime's dream but there have been things I've focused on to fuss and worry about. It really hit me that you have to be happy now as there'll always be something to complain about if you put your focus there.

- Just keep going, keep trying, keep learning. There'll always been something to do, learn and try. Things may not be 'successful' at first blush, but just keep going and trying different things, knowing that it all will add up.

- At the end of the day it doesn't matter: whether you're happy, sad, 'successful' or 'failing.' In the grand scheme of things when you're in non physical it will all seem insignificant!

- Some will love you, some will hate you, you just gotta do what makes you happy. I'm not nor is my work everyone's cup of tea, but I'd rather be divisive than insipid! I believe in what I know and the stuff that I teach, and that's all I can offer.

- It works if you work it! You have to take the inspired action and try it. It's all well good us spouting on about how this stuff works but you have to try it for yourself and see if it has any sort of impact.

- Get in a good space and then... Ideally you want to get into a better feeling space before you try and tackle your issue. Primarily because if you're feeling rough, then you're just likely to make the situation worse. Whereas when you're feeling calmer and more centred then you're in a far better state of mind to shift it to a more pleasing outcome.

Again, thank you everyone for being part of this magnificent co creation. Here's to many more years together!

All is well!!!

Happy year-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

My secret to inner peace... For the time being at least!!! Xxx

8/10/2017

My recent Abe cruise was so amazing! A huge part of it was being offline and in a bubble of well being. Not having the news or constant barrage of information was really quite nice.

I've attempted to replicate some of that in my daily life by having my phone off for chunks of the day, especially when I'm sleeping- instead of checking it when I'm half awake or going toilet in the middle of the night. And when I'm on the trains and so on.

And I have to say, it seems to be helping tremendously! Those alerts, emails, messages, news articles etc are little jolts back into reality and that combined with my highly sensitised nervous system does not make for much peace!

Anyhoo, add to that some relaxing music and regular meditation and I'm feeling infinitely more zen these days. We shall see how long that lasts and if I slip back into old habits, but for now, it's feeling very peaceful!

All is well!!!

Happy peace-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

I heart Vegas so much!!! We will continue to live in love!!! Xxx

I had been in my offline mode when the Vegas attack happened. The news probably would've filtered through to me but I had a load of my friends message me about what happened as they know that I'm there on holiday soon and it's my most favourite place ever.

But we shall not be fearful! First of all you just can't know what's going to happen and when, so it's pointless trying to avoid any 'trouble.' Second of all, to live in constant fear is really not the best way to go about it- life is meant for living!

I refuse to let any disconnected people ruin my time in my 'hometown!' Instead, I will carry on about my business and feel as much love and exhilaration as I can whilst I'm out there.

Obviously, we don't want you to go running out and looking for madness, but to just go on living life as normal and trusting that you're well protected and what will be will be!

All is well!!!

Happy Vegas-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx
