Mr Washington was being interviewed and they were reviewing his top films across his career. The interviewer was quoting his most iconic lines and asked him if he knew that the scenes were as powerful when he was filming them then.

Denzel replied that he didn't, you can't, you're just filming the scene and as you're in the moment you can't know how things are going to go. Especially as it's the editors and director who would reshape the footage.

And it's true! You can't know how things will unfold when you're in the now, you just have to do your best work, whatever it is you're doing, then let go and see what happens.

The now is all you have, whether you're focused in the past, present or future you're doing it now. So do your best to appreciate and feel good about what's going on now and let the rest go!

What with the fuss about T2 Trainspotting now out, Ewan McGregor is doing the interview rounds. He was asked about taking on a role in the famous film franchise- Star Wars and reflected that when he spoke to his uncle (who had previously been in those movies)- he was advised to not take it on!

This was because out of a whole lifetime's worth of career, it's the Star Wars film which his uncle was remembered for- which was impacting for his fans, but as work goes- it was only two weeks worth- a blip in his life span!

Similarly, we can go through short negative experiences but keep perpetuating them over and over again, so they stay with us for years. When it really would best serve us to take the hit, learn what we could from the situation and then release it into the sin bin of unwanted.

Don't let any mistakes or negativity define you. Instead, see the wonderful, Source being that is you!

I was watching Inception at the IMAX- the largest biggest screen in Britain. As it was a huge print, an old ish print and I got laser sharp eyes I could see the little black bits of dust or whatever it was across the screen now and then.

And I couldn't help but fixate on them a little- even though the screen was so big and the dots quite small! I was sure to catch myself and not let it ruin my movie too much!

We can be like that in life, most everything is moving along nicely, but there are a couple of small niggles and we just focus all our attention on that and miss the good stuff!

It's really important not to get stuck on the negative and truly focus on the huge parts on our life which are going well- else you'll miss the movie!

One lady's romantic Fifty shades Darker is one man's awfulness!!! Xxx

I went to see the new Fifty Shades movie to see what the hype was (and also as I'm an investor in the film company behind it!) and I was not overly impressed. The soundtrack was stunning as was the case for the first movie.

Anyhoo, I walked out of the film thinking how bad it was, when I heard a lady say to her friend 'Amazing! How romantic!' I guess that's why it's done so well at the box office (thankfully!).

It just goes to show- there's no accounting for taste- kidding! It's different strokes for different folks (literally)! There is so much wonderful diversity in his world that there's something for everybody.

Your goal is not to push against what you don't like but to carve out and find that which you enjoy and what works for you. And then from there, use it as a launching pad for more enjoyment.

Let everyone else find their pleasures in whatever way does it for them. It doesn't need to impinge on your well being. Live in joy and let live in joy!

So, I'm on series 3 of Grey's Anatomy and I'm still loving it! Things get majorly dramatic as the lead lady crosses over to the death side. There she meets patients and what not who've already died.

She says that part of her wanted to die, hence the drowning. But after a bit of talking to them, she realises how silly all her intimacy issues seem in relation to her life/death situation.

And it can be that way, when faced up against it, all things seem irrelevant. I doubt very much when we cross over, if we'll be quizzed on how much money we made, or the tests we failed. Instead, it'll be a realisation of 'How silly was it to get all hung up on those issues! Instead of fussing, I could've enjoyed life a whole lot more!'

Hopefully, we can realise this before we come close to going over!

OMG! What an amazing evening! A huge thank you to everyone who came along. As always a powerful session with leading edge co creators- I just love it! Thanks ya Liverpool!

Some key points from today:

- A great filter for when watching the news is- 'Does this affect me, right here, right now?' It can be really scary when you see the news and all this craziness is going on in the world! But if it doesn't affect you in the immediate now, then you can release it from your consciousness. Breathe easy and enjoy the wonderfulness that is around you of which there is much to appreciate.

- Everything began with a thought! The tables, the chairs, the sky scrapers, everything started with someone having a thought about it! Then they made it manifest, that's really quite amazing when ya think about it.

- Seek out like minded people! It is good to not be in a bubble where you can meet people who you can discuss and maturely disagree with each other but it's really nice to be with other people who support the best in you and can offer that love and when you need it!

- Meditation is a wonderful process for allowing the mind and body to rest and recuperate. Breathing in pure silence or having some plinky plunky music on is so beneficial for the soul. And it helps lift your vibration to new levels of goodness!

I was watching 'The Cruise' on ITV- a documentary following round various staff and passengers on one of the newest Princess cruise ships.

And whilst I've always known how hard the staff work to keep cruising a most pleasurable experience, it really hit home that we haven't even scratched the surface of how many things are maintained.

And just like life, there is much going on that you don't appreciate, until it goes funky!

The sun rising, gravity, your heart beating, infinite oxygen and so on, all goes on without needing any conscious interference, but that doesn't mean it should be overlooked. It's all a wonderful miracle!

I just love, love, love it!!! A huge thanks to all the wonderful, leading edge supportive beings who came along to bask in that wonderful positive space! A most powerful co creation as always!

Some points from the evening:

- Bless your water! There have been various experiments on how thoughts can affect water and other living things. Positive thought leads to better well being for the water molecules- and when you think that the body constitutes of mainly water, it's defo worth sending your body love and light!

- Judgey wudgey was a bear! If you can release your judgments towards yourself, other things and people then that'll create a more relaxed, positive well being state of mind for yourself! And that can only be a good thing!

- Mirror work- always a good, powerful technique for drawing more good stuff. Look into your eyes in the mirror and say 'I love you, I really love you' or at least 'I'm willing to love you.' Do this whenever you pass a mirror. It is so good!

- WWW process. Write down: What do you want. Why do you want it. What you have that matches it. This a tool I use everyday and it just helps iron out any resistances!

La La Land continues to succeed and yay! I am loving it loads. I'm enjoying the tons of articles and interviews flying about with the stars and crew!

Emma and Ryan have been criticised a teeny bit as they aren't the most professional level singers and dancers. Damien Chazelle wanted it to be more everyday man performing it as opposed to ultra polished and it seems to have resonated with the world!

I've heard Emma Stone say that she realised as a child that she probably wasn't good enough to sing and dance at a pro level.

But as vibration goes, it's more about the energy behind it. You don't have to be the best of the best, so if you don't think you're that good at something but you have passion and energy for it, just do it and have fun! Doesn't matter if anything happens, just have fun!

I'm quite fortunate as a local bus stop has at least 4 buses I can take to go into uptown. So I rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes. And what with the miracle of bus apps you can see when the next one will be.

Anyhoo, I was walking down the road when I saw a bus go by, but I didn't feel any sense of rush or panic because I knew there would be a load coming shortly.

And that's how we should treat manifestations. There should be an implicit trust that if this opportunity doesn't work in the way we want, then there'll be another and another!

When you feel that ease and flow, not only is it more likely to actually happen, you're having a much more fun ride along the way.

Have that wonderful sense of peace along the ride that is life!

So La La Land is the biggest sliced bread musical for ages. Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling's chemistry and talent has seen them become the belles of the awards and box office balls!

As is the case, tons of articles have been written- some about what might've been. Apparently Miles and Emma were first choice but they 'missed out.' Though I wouldn't call Emma's leading roll in Beauty And The Beast 'missing out.'

Anyhoo, it's important to not get hung up on the what might've beens. Because it could've had a completely different outcome had it been different actors as the lead- the chemistry might've been wrong and so on.

You just have to let everyone and their journey go and let them concern themselves with their journey. You focus on yours and make the most of it!

OMG!!! I've missed it so much!!! What a wonderful evening to be surrounded in a room full of positively focused people all setting their intentions and sharing the best of who they are! It doesn't get much better than this!

Some key points:

- Love your loved ones but know that you know best for you. Family- who'd have em ha! Your internal guidance is the best for you though. If others around you try to drag you down with negativity then mentally let them go. Trust that they are doing the best they can with what they know how but that you have your own path to live.

- The power of the Mastermind! One reason I just love these groups is being with other people who are focused in the positive! One on their own is powerful, but many all joined together in positive harmony- now that is great stuff!

- The power of daily practise. If we've said it once, we've said it a million times- there's something amazing about having some sort of daily habit in place. Make lists of appreciation, meditate, visualise, dance, whatever it is that you need to make yourself feel that little bit better!

- The power of allowing good health and all sorts! If you can get out of the way, you can allow some wonderful things in. The body in constantly regenerating, so if you can get out of the way and start flowing goodness, then it can be that easy to allow wellness in! Just get out of the way!

Ed Thorp (a modern day mathematical genius) didn't speak a word until he was over 2.5 years old. His parents were worried but after being tested by a doctor, who reassured them all was well, they relaxed somewhat.

It was when he turned 3 years old that he spoke and went straight onto full (if somewhat inappropriate) sentences (much to the chagrin of his parents!).

I can imagine how scary it must've been for his parents not having him speak until such a young but old age, but he developed wonderfully and is one of the most respected gaming-numerical figures of modern day!

You just have to trust in the perfect timing of everything and everyone's development. It may be really premature or really late but everyone has their own journey and ours not to judge!

I was just reflecting that when you think about it, it's all the foibles, contrast, horrible experiences that you've been through makes you a wonderful, sensitive being!

Without that, how on earth would you know what it feels to be treated badly, so you could in turn (hopefully), treat other people with greater love?!

I've tried a lot of things and while some things I've picked up quickly, there's been others where I've been the mega dumbo and on the receiving end of horrible teachers. So I will try to offer only support, patience and love when I'm teaching (for the most part!).

I definitely am not the most common sensicle- logical person, and I like to have things broken down step by step for me. And this in turn lends itself to helping teach others.

Thank the buggers and the contrast, it's made you look for more than that which you see here.

Something very noteworthy is that each and every thought you think and word you speak, you are affirming and reaffirming a belief. 'I'm so stupid! I'm so unlucky!' And so on...

It's not just those few positive minutes you spend, saying half heartedly 'I am abundant. The Universe loves me...'

It's definitely a good start if you spend some conscious time speaking and thinking of the goodness in your life but you want to incorporate this as much as you can into your daily routine.

I've got my affirmations on my phone, bed wall, printed out on paper and even then I catch myself thinking crap lol!

Make an intention for general good feelings and general good thoughts and have as many reminders as you can!

The bigger the contrast, the bigger the positive bounce on the other side!

It is quite the crazy political time we are experiencing across the world, but out of all of it, I have never seen the desire nor involvement in (what people believe) to be the betterment of society.

It's like an equation of desire. The more you ask, the bigger the fulfilment of desire is waiting on the other side for you.

When you live step 1- that of asking, Source answers (step 2) and you just need to get in the mode of allowing Step 3.

The more contrast you've lived, the more good that is waiting on the other side for you. It's just a matter of lining up with it.

I was speaking to a friend and we were discussing intelligence and such which and on reflection I thought that it didn't matter too much how extremely intelligent or not that someone is. But moreso, the willingness to put in the time and effort to work towards whatever it is.

History is littered with the greats- most of whom didn't get a University or classed as 'dumb' by the people and institutions around them.

Knowing what I know, I really do believe that it's more about the time and effort you put in.

I've done so many groups over the years and I know for myself, it stands to reason, if someone is open and willing to do the processes, spend the time to think and feel better, read the books, listen to the audios and YouTube then something has to shift! How can it not? Just keep at it!

Louise Hay's 'Heal Your Life' book is one of the biggest selling books of all time having shifted tens of millions across the decades!

But when you hear how she got it to that level, she said it wasn't about the money nor about being well known. All she did was answer the phone when it rang, sent out the mail, did the interviews on offer etc.

Which may sound quite contrary to getting out there and sell sell selling! But vibrationally speaking it fits! When you hear her speak, it doesn't sound as if there was resistance to any of it, she just took the next step and next step. She wasn't filled with huge waves of doubt which resulted in her turning down an opportunity which led to the next thing.

No resistance, plus inspired action equals great stuff!

So, try to release any doubt when deciding what to do. Allow it in then see what happens!

Louise Hay and Esther Hicks really hit their world changing stride when they were much older!

Louise had a horrific, abused childhood and didn't feel worth anything, especially after her divorce. But one day she heard that if you change your thinking you can change your life. She proceeded to dig deep and learn and read and many years later she had her historically best selling book and her amazing Hay House company!

Esther lived a simple life! Jerry would often quiz her 'What are you thinking?!' To which she would reply 'Well there's a cow, there's some grass' etc. This simplicity set her up perfectly to receive messages from her higher self (when combined with Jerry's quest for answers!).

It just goes to show that you can hit your stride at any point in life! Just be open! Make the best of where you are and who you are. Thank and bless with love all the good and bad experiences as they have made you who you are!

The loud tick tock of a clock vying for your attention!!! But you get to focus!!! Xxx

I was enjoying a rare day of quiet in the living room when my attention turned to the main clock. When I focused on it, I found it really loud! Then I read the newspaper and couldn't hear the clock, then tuned into the clock and it was loud again!

It really struck me how noticeable it was when I focused on it but how inaudible it was when I was doing something else- same clock, same ears but completely diverted focus!

You have tons of stuff vying for your attention, both positive and negative and you get to choose where you look, but you must be conscious! That's what we teach. Awareness and deliberate thoughts and feelings.

And when you can do this, now you're talking!

All is well!!!

A bit late on the band wagon but I am really enjoying queen Shonda's Greys Anatomy series 2! One of the puppy dog eyed interns is madly in love with the lead lady who clearly has not many feelings for him!

He gets rather clingy and whiny when one of his cooler classmates shouts at him to stop accepting crappy things if he wants to stop getting crappy things!

What a wake up call! And so true. Too many of us accept second best, when it comes to the thoughts we think, the emotions we feel and what is generally around us. We make do with what we have even though it may not be fulfilling.

Raise your expectations and start knowing you are worthy. That's all it is- a belief that for some reason that we are not worthy of our good.

Start affirming in your brilliance and wellness. What a wonderful being you are and how your consciousness now allows in more and more goodness!

All is well!!!

I was listening to an old Louise Hay clip and she said something which made me think 'You don't go through yesterday's garbage to make your food for today, so why do that with your thoughts?!'

And it's so true! We can carry around so much stuff from decades ago, and yet we still 'choose' to use this nonsense to create our present and even scarier- our future!

Our present point of power is now. You get to choose the thoughts you think and feelings you feel at this point in time. So make sure they're good uns! Set in place as many reminders as possible. Keeping conscious is the work!!!

It was ages ago that I went away with one of my family members and as spoilt as I am, it didn't make a huge impact on my life (nor did I think it for them). However, the other day, they sent me a photo reminiscing about it!

I had no idea they even kept any mementos from it as it was so many years ago.

It just showed me that you never know how something can make its mark on someone's life.

I believe it was St Theresa or some such like, who did small good deeds because she felt it was the right thing to do. Standing beside the nun who no one wanted to be next to because she did her washing in a messy way and so on.

We're not telling you to be a martyr, especially if it's not something you'd enjoy! But, by being your joyful self, making sure you are happy first and foremost then the good you do can totally positively affect others in an uplifting way- and you may not even know it!

So all the award ceremonies are a wee bit political at the moment! Celebs are using their speeches to unify and conquer the hearts and minds of the liberals and not so!

Anyhoo, Tom won a Golden Globe and spoke about how some doctors in war torn areas had thanked him and spoke about how they binged on his programme on what was presumably a bit of escapism for them!

Well that part of his speech was not well received as it seemed a little glib! But I really think he made an important point. The power of distraction is often overlooked- to be able to have that place where your mind can be taken away from the current contrast is vital!

Jerry used to comment to Abraham what was the value of the work he did whilst in the circus and Abe replied he was providing upliftment through distraction.

There is value in all things!

Although it hasn't been the best received, I loved the movie Passengers starring J Law and Chris Pratt!

In essence they are in hibernation on a 120 year odd journey to a new planet. Chris' character wakes up accidentally much earlier than planned and is basically condemned to a lonely death on the travelling starship.

He speaks to wise bar man played by Michael Sheen for advice. To which Mr Sheen replied something along the lines of 'Why worry about what you can't control (i.e the future), when you can enjoy today. And odds are if you're miserable today, then you won't be happy tomorrow!'

Such true words- especially in his case where he really couldn't do anything but wait out the future!

Same with us, we spend so much time concerning ourselves about the future and worrying about the past that we fail to enjoy the present!

Look around you and see what there is to appreciate. There is lots!
