When Louise Hay started, the AIDs crisis was peaking, no one knew what was going and everyone was understandably terrified. Someone spoke to her about starting a support group- which turned into the wildly popular 'Hay ride.'

She started by not knowing anything about what was going on, but she was adamant that they weren't going to play 'ain't it awful.'

Instead, they were going to focus on the good, anything positive news they had, they would share it. This developed into singing songs and healing circles. They went from 6 men in her living room to filling out a hall in West Hollywood which the city gave to her.

It is really easy to default into complaining about the ills of the ills and the world but to be positive takes a conscious effort but it pays off tremendously!

All is well!!!

A wonderfully big, loving thanks to everyone who came along tonight to join together to take life to the next level! I just love how everyone wishes to make the best of where they are and live a better life! Thank you Manchester- I love y'all so much!

A few wisdom points from tonight:

- Don't take their criticisms personally! They are just speaking their own pain and hurt. They may be looking at you, they may be directing it at you, but it's nothing to do with you. Just take a breath and send them all love!

- There's no good or bad, only perception which makes it so. When you step out of a situation and can see it objectively, you can see that there's no good or bad, but the meaning you attach to it. Get some distance and see it clearly. What can you learn and how can you grow and what are the positive aspects of it.

- Some may love ya, some may hate ya, but ya just gotta keep going on and be you! Whatever you do and the more you get out there, the more you'll come across those who absolutely think you're the bees knees and those who think you're the worst. You just gotta take it all on the chin and continue to be you. Learn all you can and then press on. Because there ain't no one out there who can do what you can do in the way you do it. Just keep going!

A huge, wonderful thanks Liverpool for an amazing, loving, powerful evening! The wisdom, support, advice, love and sharing in the room was so brilliant as always! I loved it! Love y'all so much!

A few points from the evening:

- The power of gratitude! List all the things you're grateful for. Whether it's the 'smallest' thing such as water or electricity (though they really aren't small at all), to the cup of tea your co worker made, you to the roof over your head. Feel that deep sense of thankfulness for it all. For it makes your life that much easier and enjoyable!

- Self soothe- instead of pushing away the negativity, tell yourself that it's ok, you'll be ok and that it's alright to feel the way you do. The more you acknowledge it and make it all alright, the quicker you'll get to clearing it. What you resists persists.

- Trying to do something positive daily really makes a difference. We all go up and down with life and so it is really great when we try to do things which keep us on top of negativity when it tries to pull us in! Be it mediation, dancing, visualising, whatever it takes to feel better. Just keep at it!

Oprah's response to Trump calling her 'insecure' was very secure!!! Amazing!!! Xxx

A while back Trump responded to an interview featuring Oprah calling her 'insecure.' No doubt, all the media was onto Oprah, finding out what her response was.

I saw her in a chat with her co stars of 'A Wrinkle In Time' and she said, instead of backlashing against the president, she responded to it like she would any other piece of negative feedback. She looked at it, saw if there was any truth to it and then rejected it because she didn't recognise anything of value in it.

What a wonderful reaction to a mean comment. I know I wouldn't have reacted so calmly. That little kid inside me would've wanted to rail against them and criticise them back!

It serves you to react to anything negative with a mature adult response. See what you can learn from it- if so, then adjust. If not, then let it go and know that it's nothing to do with you!

Mindy Kaling was asked what was her favourite message from 'A Wrinkle In Time' to which she replied that it was a quote that she says in the film- as her character only speaks in quotes. It was one by Rumi which says 'The wound is where the light enters.'

How beautiful is that?! What a wonderful way to look at something that could be considered shameful.

You may have 'done wrong' or have something done wrong to you but it doesn't make you weak. It makes you shine brighter. It's the cracks in the wall that let sunshine in, it's the cracks of allowance that let your goodness in! It starts off with a few drops, then it gets bigger then your goodness will flood in. But you just have to keep working at it! Bit by bit dear ones!

Naomi Campbell didn't realise what a big deal it was to be on the cover of Vogue (it was also Anna Wintour's first September issue! Which I'm guessing is a big deal!).

Anyhoo, due to what was probably a mix of naivety and next logical stepness it didn't seem a huge deal to Ms. Campbell what had occurred! For herself and for a woman of colour to be on such a prestigious megazine!

Sometimes to not know what we're getting into and what a big deal what we are about to do is sometimes the biggest gift. Because we don't try to talk ourselves out of it. We don't terrify ourselves by thinking how unworthy we are or how we might mess up. Instead we just go in as if everything is natural- which success should be!

Walk in with the confidence of Naomi and werk it!

When Oprah first came on the hosting scene she was understandably terrified! She didn't know what she was doing and the TV peoples were rather brave letting her on screen.

She went to Dennis Swanson wondering how on earth she would compete against Phil Donohue- the current king of talk show at that time. Her old boss was telling her she would 'die on the vine.' She didn't know what she was doing!

Anyways, Dennis told her she didn't have to beat Phil, she just had to be herself! And that was one of the most amazing pieces of advice she was given. It took the pressure off and allowed her true self to shine through.

Dennis said 'we're not asking you to beat Phil, we just want a 1 (rating).' As they were currently barely getting a 0.2! Their first day out, she beat Phil! What a miracle that was! And the rest is history...

Be you, do you! Everyone else is taken. Find who your authentic self is and do your best to express it.

Oprah was being interviewed by a South African chap who I believe was involved in the setting up and running of her girl's academy. They were discussing what she would do differently had she to do it over again.

She mused that instead of starting from scratch, she would improve something that was already there. She would take it one night at a time, because that's all you can do. Try not to go too far ahead of yourself because there is just so much that needs to be done.

Whether it's raising a child, getting through life or whatever, all you can do is take it day by day, bit by bit, step by step. That's what Louise Hay did when she first started selling her books. Her and her mother, just did what was in front of them. And that all did rather well!

Don't run before you can walk, take it easy. One breath at a time. How exciting and ease filled life can be!

An interviewer was talking to RuPaul about his success and those of his protégés on his drag race. To which he replied- only you can know your success because only you know how far you've come!

And that's true with success and everything in life- it's only a journey between you and you. There can be no real comparison with anyone else because no one has lived the life you've lived, gone through the contrast, childhood, experiences that you have.

Only you get to see and decide how you feel about your life. And we want you to be ecstatic about your experience because this is what you came here for! You deliberately chose to come through now and in this point to see what life has to offer. When the time is right, you'll move on to the next experience and so on- for the fun of it!

So know your success is just by you being here! That is truly great!

Oprah is one of the world's richest people and so she obviously can do with her money what she wishes. I heard her recount the lovely story of her helping a maid in her hotel.

She left a nice tip on the pillow, but then she thought how fun and nice it would be for the cleaner to find money all around the room as she went about her duties. So Miss Winfrey left money in this spot and another and another.

She got so happy at the thought of making someone else happy and she can obviously afford to do so with ease.

That's the thing, when your cup overfloweth, then you have more than enough to give to others. Take care of yourself, make sure you're well rested, fed, abundanced and then you'll be able to easily share and give the best of yourself to those fortunate to know you! That's how abundance works!

A huge thanks for the lovely warm welcome in the cold weather Leicester! So great to teach there for the first time. Love meeting new leading edge co creators!

A few things we covered:

- The morning is a great time to start with powerful focus! If it's mediation, a list of positive aspects, an inspirational video- whatever helps lift your spirits to new levels and gives you a kick start to the day.

- Before bed is also a great time to wind down and be appreciative of the day you've had. All the good things which you are appreciative of. And also a great way to pre pave the next day and how you would like that to go!

- When doing an exercise for positivity see what it activates within you. If it feel good and exciting and appreciative then that's great, continue that! If when thinking of something, it activates a negative feeling then seek to improve it- that's the work. Truly it is!

Louise Hay was talking about how one of her students really wanted wellness and he visualised for 1.5 hours a day!

She said not that many people are willing to put that amount of time and effort into their well being but he did and he was strong like superman now!

It takes commitment and work to live a good life- whatever that means to you. These things just don't fall into your lap (unless you've visualised it that way ha!). But it's through a commitment to consciousness, a tuning into how you're feeling and how you can do better that things do actually improve.

It's a lifelong's journey and you never get it done. There'll always be something to improve and get better. It's just how much you are willing to work at it, will yield the results. It doesn't happen overnight necessarily but over the long term. And then the vibrational scales tip and you see the manifestation results!

What I love most in the groups is seeing people who are willing to grow and learn and not give up no matter what life has thrown at them.

I have heard the most amazing life stories and contrast and achievements. It blows me away- the power of the human spirit and what is possible. It truly does.

Never give up! Just keep on going, knowing that it can get better. It's just about going easy on yourself and working on improving how you think and feel about life.

Louise Hay, Oprah, Wayne Dyer and so many greats had a horrific growing up, but it gave them the impetus to work for good and it catapulted them to greater heights than what most could achieve.

Thank the contrast for getting you to where you are. It's not easy to deal with and it may even have lingering effects on your now, but you can go beyond. Just keep at it!

So the Winter Olympics have been and gone and they have been quite entertaining (though I don't really watch them!). But anyhoo, I've seen a couple of headlines that Norway has been crushing it in the awards department!

And apparently they are really mellow about it. They don't pressure their athletes, don't weigh them with expectations or anything. And ta da- they did really well!

When it comes to competition, it can be really tricky- obviously there's the need to train, compete, push harder and faster to get to the next level but from the overarching Source point of view it doesn't really matter!

It's purely about the experience, the calling forth of life through you. Easier said than done when you haven't trained your whole life for something. But it's true! Have fun and enjoy it all, win or 'lose.'

A brilliant thanks to all the great souls who joined together to be in a wonderful, positive space for the evening! As always it's the bestest time to bond and share! I love you guys!!!

A few exercises we did:

- Looking at your beliefs. Write what you believe about a variety of different subjects- money, men, women, sex, jobs, work etc. Is it a good feeling belief? If so, then carry on with it. If not, then amend the belief to be more positive!

- Write a list of positive aspects about something you love. Activate it more and more. Speak about it and feel your levels of excitement and energy rise and rise. How exciting!

- Write about your dream life. In an ideal world, how would your: relationships, abundance, health, work life be? Think it, breathe it, see it, speak it! How powerful it can be when you turn your attention to that which you want!

As always, a huge thanks to everyone who came to join together for an amazing, powerful session! I just loved it all so much. We are all doing our best and things are unfolding perfectly!

A few things we covered:

- Embrace it all! No matter what's happening around- good or bad, just embrace it all. As you make peace with where you are and where you're going, then things can turn out the way you really want.

- You are worthy of all you desire. It doesn't matter what your childhood or adult programming is! You can let go of that feeling of unworthiness. Step into your power and who you are- who you truly are. Accept all your good now!

- Clear old patterns. Be conscious and aware of your default behaviours. Know that you can be different! Identity the areas of life where you'd like to be different and work towards it. Just because the past has been a certain way, doesn't mean it has to be that way going forward!

All is well!!!

Steve Jobs was one of kind, his legacy continues to live on in the strength of the Apple products that are rolling out!

He was a dreamer and an amazing doer. He had an unparalleled vision which impacted the world around us and will continue to do so!

In any case one of the apparent quotes of his was 'We made the buttons on screen look so good, you'll want to lick them!' Hysterical or what?!

You've got to think beyond and to see how it goes. It's the ones who can vision above what we can see right here and now who are the inventors which pioneer the future!

What is your vision for your life and the world? It doesn't matter how big or small, just keep believing and seeing it. For the sheer pleasure of it!

What are you addicted to? Emotionally... and how does it play out in your life experience?

RuPaul was speaking to one of his contestants on his drag race and they spoke about how they were always anxious and fussing. Guru Ru pointed out that they were addicted to the 'ahhh ness' of it. To which they realised they were!

It's easy to get addicted and sucked into what we're used to. Old patterns of worry, anxiety, fear and such which can be really addictive. And then they become the only ways we know to operate.

But now we know better! They don't need to rule us anymore. We can chill out and react in a new and different way.

Notice the old and then go about changing it, if it feels negative and draining. It all starts with you!

What I love about being conscious is the awareness of what's going in internally and externally and being able to change it!

We all were brought up with certain beliefs and patterns of being. Some of which may work for us really well in the present, others may have no place here in the now.

If something is working for you, then keep going. If things aren't quite as you'd like, then change it- try the opposite of what you've been doing.

For example, if you've been getting into arguments with workmates, and your typical response is to shout back and you're not getting the outcome you'd like, then pause. Instead of automatically reacting like that, take a breath and evaluate what the person has to say. Go quiet and reflect or reply in a calm mature manner.

Change can be met with resistance but keep at it. If it eventually leads to positive results then great. If not, maybe re-evaluate!

What I love about the world we live in is that there are infinite ways to connect with others. And even more so, there are sooo many people wanting and waiting to help each other. In my fields of expertise I like to help whenever I can but there are many things which I don't understand and I can just go online and find out.

And the help available is so touching! Tons of people willing to share their advice, tools and techniques for living a better life with no obvious reward.

Ask and it is given! Don't be afraid to get out there and ask for assistance! You may be met with some rubbish responses, just ignore them and move on. But keep trying until you come across those good people.

It is really wonderful, all the infinite resources out there- vibrationally and physically!

I was watching some YouTube videos and this young chap went from literally £0 to £1,000 in just over a month.

He started just by selling some
'crap' he had and marketing his skills online. It was a bit slow going but he was determined not to be knocked out! He kept at it, got a small bankroll going then it snowballed and did some other bits and pieces.

I just loved his mindset and I believe that's what made the difference. It would be easy for someone to get disheartened and give up if at first they didn't succeed. But he kept on going and hit his target! Yay!

Things don't always go the way we would like, but we must trust in our path and keep going and not be put off. Instead, when one thing goes our way we must congratulate ourselves and keep on going!

All is well!!!

I had a wonderful group the other week! The unconditional love, support, sharing, caring and all that good stuff that comes along in a group was truly wonderful!

And surprise surprise the next morning my Evanescence ticket sold! I had booked a ticket for their concert in Manchester but my schedule etc wouldn't really allow for it. I thought to list it and see if anyone would take it. Anyhoo, there was every chance that it wouldn't sell, especially as it was just one.

But, as with what usually happens after a group, goodness follows (it's also a handy time see my parents and see what goodies I get haha!).

I always feel buzzed and like I'm flying after a group because of the positivity and good focus, so it's not a surprise that well being manifestations follow after! And I love it!

Do things in a conscious manner to feel good, to allow your well being and appreciate flow through you and enjoy it all! You never know what'll happen!

All is well!!!

A wonderful thank you Birmingham for all the wonderful people who came along tonight to be positively focused and surrounded by well being! I just love to be in a room filled with great minds. I still continue to learn new things. Thank you all so much!!!

Some points from tonight:

- All you have is the now! Take a look around you, what you have is what you have around you which is now! So enjoy what you have because it's easy to get caught up in the worries of the future or regrets of the past. Take a breath and draw yourself into the now! It's as good as you can make it!

- The power of the mind- if it created the crap, then it can create the good! I love learning new nuggets from my group members! One of the scientists thought to himself- well if I made myself ill, then I can make myself better. So with the power of the mind, he was able to make himself well. If you created the 'bad' stuff, then you can create the goodness!

- If you keep at it, you can rewire the brain! It just takes practise! Each time you learn something new, your brain setups new neural pathways. The more you do something, the stronger these get, which in turn leads to a practised habit. So just keep practising.

All is well!!!
