One of the key things he taught them was the power of relaxation. To stop and breath and relax and allow is such an amazing thing you can do for yourself. Jane said that it shuts down creativity when you're not relaxed and so she enjoys meditation to help her.
It's a simple thing that we take for granted but a few minutes without breathing would be the end of this physical life experience!
Take some time every day to consciously relax and breathe. It'll allow your mind and body to settle and be calm. Things then can unfold with greater ease.
